Pauline assisted me with booking my trip to Italy through Trafalgar. This is the 2nd time i have had Pauline to assist with my travels. She is helpful, informative, stays in touch (even when she is away). I would recommend her to anyone. I even emailed her during my flight to Rome to let her know how great the flight was going. When looking to book another trip i will use Pauline again because i know she will provide excellent service. Trafalgar was a great experience. 11 days in Italy visiting Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, Assisi, Venice, Florence, and more. It was an amazing experience . I meet great people on the tour and it was inclusive as i was travelling solo.

We worked with Pauline/Shine Travel for our destination wedding in Punta Cana. Pauline is super knowledgeable and worked with us from the beginning to narrow in on a destination/resort/travel week. We ended up landing on Dreams Onyx and did our all-inclusive package through Air Canada Vacations. Pauline secured us an excellent group rate and was able to get our 71 guests booked with no issues.
