I love going to the Ship! It’s always a fantastic experience. I love the recent changes, I think gender neutral bathrooms are so important for inclusion! What a wonderful place! The show we saw, "Prude", was so creative and relevant. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews about the all-gender washrooms (which I love and feel very welcoming). There's a single-stall bathroom as well if you're uncomfortable. Everyone is accommodated.

Ship’s Company Theatre is a small friendly theatre that has been running for 40 years. It has grown over the years with a building and new staff who bring in plays that are wonderful in educating our public. They have drama camps for the towns youth, also bring representation to the local High School with Drama Class. This theatre also brings in Musicians for a musical component with musicians from around the province. This Theatre is a wonderful place to visit

I love the Ship! A unique venue in a fascinating and often overlooked part of the world. The productions are imaginative, thought-provoking, and in the case of the show that’s playing now, absolutely hilarious. I also appreciate the fact that it’s not your usual summer fare. The Ship tells stories of the Atlantic region and they are often world premieres. The productions are professional and in my opinion, world class!

I have bad luck with timing with being in the area at the wrong time to catch shows, which is a shame because every one I have managed to see is amazing. I was blown away by the production of ‘Still Dancing’ that I saw tonight. Everything was meticulous - the script; the acting, the set, the sound. I consider it a good play when it makes me feel something, and this made me laugh and smile and ache and weep. Well worth finding a way to work a performance into my trip, or honestly, making a trip to catch a performance.

Have always enjoyed going to Ship's Company Theatre. Till Death Due us Part was hilarious, and look forward to the others shows coming up this summer. The café is also wonderful!
