great store, they have thing you need from Fireplace pipe to plumbing, electrical, paint, lumber. Also a great selection of home small appliances and kitchen items. Also have a great selection of clothes including work wear along with kids, mens & women's clothes.

was buying a few more expensive items. i asked to use the bathroom before i paid for my items and they wouldn't let me. i had to pee really bad. i put the items down and asked someone else. again they wouldn't let me use the bathroom and told me to go to the waterfront. i left the items on the floor and went to windsor plywood where i bought my items cheaper and they let me use the bathroom. it is illegal to not let a customer use the bathroom. i will never shop here again and i will advise people not to

I arrived 20 minutes past closing time while on our way to Port Hardy because of an issue with my roof racks; I didn't have the tool to fix it so would have been SOL had the staff not been kind enough to let me come in and purchase the right tool. Amazing customer service! I'm sure I'll be back next time I visit Port McNeill!

The prices are okay , it's the North Island , a marine store , yes .... prices will be what you expect . They have very helpful staff , with one exception . Not certain of her name but , a slim lady in her 50's , dark hair , glasses .... one of the most incredibly rude and obnoxious people I've ever had to deal with in retail . When asked any question about their stock or location of items in the store .... she seems very angry that you don't already know where everything is . She must be an owner , there is know way that she could keep her job in retail if she wasn't an owner . Horrible service from this bitter woman .

This is a combination store. Part Rona part Marine supply. Prices are higher than average only because its the only marine supply in town. Even the out of towners know to only buy if they need.
