Unfortunately this is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, I have stayed here before and the service has been better but this time the customer service was very bad, I drove 6 hours and arrived at the hotel with my family at about 10 pm I was tired and I had several suitcases and I know that they do not have staff to take care of the rooms at night, the beds did not look clean, there were stains on the sheets, there were no towels in the room and the gentleman only gave us 4 bath towels, 2 of which had stains and a hand towel was gray with chlorine stains which does not look professional in a hotel. The next day I went to the reception and kindly asked if it was possible to speak to the manager and the guy at the reception told me that he would arrive later but that he could help me. I asked him to please change the sheets and that I needed more towels and I returned the 2 stained ones. He told me that when the housekeeping people arrived they would take care of my problem. Later the 2 ladies arrived with a very bad attitude, angry because according to them there were no stains and that I was lying. When I finished I asked for towels because I only had 2 for my husband, my 3 daughters and myself and the lady asked me for the 2 that I had and only gave me 2 clean towels and told me that she didn't have any more. I also had to ask for toilet paper when it is their job to make sure that there is everything necessary in the room. The next day I had to go to reception to ask for more towels because there was no cleaning service in the room and no more towels either. We only had 2 towels for 5 people, 3 adults and 2 girls. The room has a coffee maker but no coffee. It is unfortunate that the hotel is renovated at the entrance but the service is very bad and there are people smoking at the entrance of the door and the cards to enter the rooms did not work well either. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends or family.
