I had a terrible experience with Jila Siamaki! I purchased a ticket from this travel agency and their customer service after I travelled to my destination was horrible. I was ignored for 10 days despite several calls and messages. I was stuck in my destination and ended up asking my daughter to buy another ticket for me which caused me to lose $2300. Very bad experience and customer service. Not Recommended!

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NAFISEH. She doesn't take any accountability and it will cost you alot in the long run. My husband and I requested our flight to be changed from Mashhad to Istanbul but she informed us that the tickets are non refundable nor can they be changed. We have spoken to the airline and they are telling us it was partial refundable for tickets if we did not use them.

Never do business with this establishment, they lie and hide the truth. Nafise a travel agent lied to me about the airline policy costing me money. She takes no liability and makes it 100% your fault. BE AWARE!.

I called this travel agency to ask about booking a ticket. The lady who answered was impatient and rude. She lied about needing to hang up, but forgot to disconnect — and I could still hear her insulting me.

I’m honestly shocked by the unprofessional behavior.
So glad I didn’t buy my ticket from here.

I bought a ticket from Nafiseh and she is one of the most dishonest people I have dealt with in this industry. She lied about her not being accessible, about changing dates, about the reason she did not answer my calls and messages, about not booking a hotel due to change of flight time and her telling me the hotel must be booked and paid by me (another lie, since the airline told me my agent should have requested a hotel room and they would have provided it free). Long story short, avoid doing business with someone whose phone goes off when she must be available and all she cares for is dumping you a ticket and disappearing.

My wife bought a ticket from Nafiseh and then due to some events in the Middle East had to reschedule and Nafiesh could not be found. When we finally found her, she made us pay way more for the tickets (compared to others who had bought from other agents), gave us the worst dates, and lied about hotel and stopovers. Long story short, zero reliability and customer service.
