Cet Hôtel est calme, propre et confortable et le personnel est accueillant. Sa situation est idéale entre Chinatown, riche en bons restaurants et Gastown, ancien quartier plein de charme. Le skytrain est à proximité ainsi que les petits ferries qui vous transportent au sud de Vancouver, à Granville Island notamment. Dommage que le quartier soit envahi de drogués et sdf, certaines situations sont très tristes et dérangeantes. Je déconseille aux familles avec jeunes enfants. Bon rapport qualité/prix tout de même.

Cet hôtel, très bien tenu et agréable et offre un accueil sans failles. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Il est magnifiquement situé, permettant de se déplacer à pieds down-town sans aucun problème.

Tres bon Accueil.. la chambre est propre, jolie, spacieuse et très confortable. je reviendrai sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel tout est vraiment parfait...

Chambre sympa propre grande et décoration actuelle mais quartier un peu cracra la nuit..... cest bien dommage!|À 5 minutes à pieds de la station de métro chinatown.|Personnel tres sympa et disponible 🙂

The hotel was not staffed at all when I arrived which in all my years of global travel, have never encountered a hotel with no staff onsite before. Security had to call staff several times and when we finally got through to someone I ended up having to wait 2 hours for staff to show up. And when he did, he talked down to me like I had never stayed in a hotel before. I did or said nothing to provoke anything, I had no sleep and just wanted to check into a room. I paid in full online and he made no attempt to accommodate let alone apologize for making me wait 2 hours. He told me I should know how hotels work. Even though he was unable to accommodate me, which I understood, there was no apology at all which I found the most insulting. Instead he continued to talk down to me and did not offer any help to resolve the issue. He definitely made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. As an indigenous person who was looking forward to supporting a local indigenous business, this left me feeling disregarded and unwelcome. I have travelled the world and have stayed in many hotels, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I don’t care how nice the rooms are, the staff was very unfriendly which is a major deal breaker for me and I will be sure to inform fellow travellers to avoid this hotel at all costs.

I would like to have rated this hotel higher! The rooms were clean, comfortable and the employees friendly. However…the concept of the hotel WAS terrific but management has allowed it to go off the rails. I’m not discouraging anyone from staying here and the following comments are directed at management in hopes they will take action. The gallery reception area was embarrassing! I get it the gallery is gone. CLEAN IT UP!!! Repurpose it! The roof top garden is a shambles. CLEAN IT UP!!! The breakfast area needs attention too. Get rid of the picture hooks over the fireplace. Get rid of the cheap table and chairs. Get rid of the stupid signs in plastic folders! This was a wonderful artsy hotel and could still be but management has lost their attention to detail! Such a shame!

This is a little gem with beautiful crisp white bedding & towels. Custom design rooms.
Thank you to Tony and Jacky at reception for the amazing, kind service. I truly enjoyed my conversations with you both.
You are supporting local and our Indigenous community when you stay here.
The area can be off-putting to some. However, for the most part, the homeless people are harmless. Just be aware of your surroundings and walk with confidence in this neighborhood. Only 2 short blocks in 3 directions, and you are out of the homeless and drug addiction area. And make sure you have a hold of your bags & belongings.
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and decided to come back.
They also offer a continental style snack with coffee, teas ,cereal, and pastries in the morning.
Years later, they still maintain this hotel/gallery and it's rooms.
If it's important to you to support local as well as the Indigenous community, this place is a great spot to start.
