Had an amazing experience with Sky Flight! Everything was done exceptionally well, ease and they were extremely accommodating. My emirates chaffeur was arranged for pick up and drop off with no stress. I was educated about the requirements for the check in process in regards to covid. If I had to change the flight dates, that was done for me as well. I would definitely recommend Sky Flight Travel Centre for all your traveling needs!

This is the worst travel agency you may ever have the misfortune of meeting. It will serve your interests to book through another, or directly from the airline.

After being referred to them by a family friend, I tried to make travel arrangements with Skyflight: a simple return trip to Africa from Toronto a month from now. I called in and asked to be referred to a certain agent, and was connected with him after a brief moment on hold. The kind of unprofessionalism I was met with was unbearable. He didn't once ask what my name was, instead of "can I help you" I was greeted with "What do you want?" and I had to spoonfeed him every bit of information -- almost like I was the one that was doing the planning. He looked up wrong flights, gave me quotes that were hundreds of dollars off and gave me wrong dates and times that I didn't ask for. I told him I'd call back in 15 mins to confirm. I called back and he had "stepped out", so i left a message with him and his reception, as well as my number. I called back 10 mins later to find he was with another client, then 10 minutes after that to find the same thing. I then asked to speak with another agency rep and was met with the same experience. "Ok hold on please. I will call you back in 20 minutes. Let me look that up"That was 5 hours ago and I am yet to receive any sort of correspondence. I ended up booking directly through the airline out of frustration. It took 15 easy minutes and there wasn't a hitch. Skylight is not an honest business and you will be best served taking your business elsewhere.

Got a marketing email from them. Contacted them and found seat sale they offer has 2 layovers which would make a 13 hours flight close to 24 hours so i wasn't interested but this call center person kept calling me even i told him i was busy and would call him back later. You decide...
