We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smithe House. The location was amazing and so central that we were walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit. The room itself was modern, clean, spacious and fitted with all the amenities you could want. Including a choice of fresh coffee beans throughout our stay. We also made use of the gym, which was great. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend

We had a great stay in Vancouver, and it was made even better at Smithe house. Very conveniently located within walking distance to pretty much everything you need and want to see. The area was fairly quiet. The suite was clean and tidy, the Smithe team gives you everything you need to feel at home. The bathroom was stocked up with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I appreciated that they were all “clean” and not heavily fragranced, especially if you have sensitive skin. There are loads of towels and bath robes provided.
The kitchen is FULLY stocked with utensils, cookware, a toaster, microwave etc.

There was also an essentials closet outside the suite that you could use in case you ran out of anything.

The team is very responsive and detailed. It made check-in/out very smooth.

I could go on and on, but the point is that it’s easy to feel at home while staying at Smithe House. We’ll definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Vancouver.

The location is walking distance to many great spots in the city. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped. The A/C unit was very nice. The management operates online but they are very quick with their assistance. When someone took our parking spot, they were able to solve the problem quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service. I would recommend the Smithe House and come again.

My family and I had such an awesome time at Smithe House Hotel! it was better than we could’ve hoped for. The staff were super friendly and made sure we felt totally at home. Booked Smithe House using my credit card points after seeing the photos and description on TravelAdvisor and we couldn’t be more pleased. The location was perfect! We were a group of 6 adults. We were worried it was going to be a tight squeeze, but the apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook breakfast every morning. Even more impressive was the communication and ease of checking in and out. All of our questions were answered quickly and with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Smithe House was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We stayed in one of the apartments, and it was everything we could have hoped for spacious, spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home, including a full kitchen and laundry.
The location is unbeatable right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, just a short walk from BC Place, great restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. What truly made our experience outstanding was the attention and service we received.

Our family of 7 stayed at Smithe House during a long weekend getaway to Vancouver. My parents were in a studio and the rest of us stayed in a two bedroom deluxe apartment. The Apartments were beautiful, modern, clean, all amenities provided, including a washer and dryer! I ended up doing 4 loads of laundry which will make it so much easier to unpack at home. The location was truly unbeatable. We were within walking distance to shopping, excellent dining, and the Yaletown aquabus. We also felt safe walking in the neighborhood. We only had two minor gripes: for my parent’s studio apartment, they needed somewhere to unpack their clothes. Maybe like a standalone dresser or something like that. Also, the trash cans and recycling cans were very tiny and it was unclear where we could take out the trash. Other than these two minor issues, we would definitely recommend this place! My questions were answered super quickly by the staff via text message.
