DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Long story short, they cancelled my reservation day of when I showed up because the police were suspicious of unsafe activities by the company. They assured me I would receive a refund and would not be charged and silly me believed them. I’ve now been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks to get my $180 refund and they are dancing around in circles avoiding the refund. I called the number on the site and they claim they’re not associated with the jet ski owner. BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT FROM SPLASH WATERSPORTS IN GRAND BEND!!!

Had a great time jet skiing. The staff were professional and were with us during the whole ride. The sunset was beautiful and would recommend trying this place. It’s just a bit expensive so try in groups.

I had an amazing time with this jet ski company. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I felt appreciated as a customer. I had a great time cruising around on the water in GB. Visit splash seadoo/boat rental while you're in grand bend, it's a must!!! Get on that beautiful water and experience it from another vantage point. The staff and service is amazing. We had the best time and will definitely go back again.

Service provided by this company was extremely disappointing. They charge unnecessary deposit and make false claims on customers regarding damage to their equipement. Customer service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a pleasant boating experience.

Yousef and the staff are always so helpful. I have been going with my family for a few years now. They’re always super accommodating and friendly. We always come back because their business is easy to schedule and creates a fun experience for a day trip. I always refer everyone to try them out if they’re in the area. Plus I love those yellow shirts. Their boating and jet ski experience is so fun. Love the options you have with their services! You won’t be disappointed

Took Jet Ski rental here two weeks ago and had a very good experience. The staffs were knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They were very flexible on the rental and timings. Explaining the rules and regulations patiently and clarifying the questions appropriately. There will be a guard from their team all the time monitoring the persons and guiding on the lake. Life jackets were very old ?

Our pontoon rental experience with Splash Watersports was the highlight of our Grand Bend vacation. Having no experience driving a boat, the whole process of getting you out onto the lake and back is very well thought out and simple. Once out on the lake, the views, peacefulness and swimming made for an amazing/exciting time! Our family loved it and we definitely want to do it again! Lastly, the staff was so friendly and caring, it just added to the whole experience. Thank you!
