The room was a little dated. Very old tub and shower head in our room. The pool and hottub area was nice and clean. The included breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. All the staff we interacted with where pleasant and friendly to deal with. We did however get a surprise when a staff member entered our room unannounced (didn't even knock) he apologized right away he had entered the wrong room #

The staff at this hotel are incredibly pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom had some hair in it and was a little dirty, and there were, some things that weren't cleaned up from the last people. Nothing dirty or weird though, just garbage. If this location is busy for whatever reason, you will have a hard time finding parking closer to the building. The pool area and waterslide was a hit with the kids. The breakfast in the morning was actually pretty awesome. The window latch in our room was broken and the window was slightly ajar, which we didn't notice the first night which made the fluctuation of temperature in the room terrible. But it was nice and quiet for sleep.

Positive: We visit our grandson's family, and this hotel is very close to their home. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay there again. We love the fact that we get a good breakfast every morning. Negative: Parking can sometimes be a hassle, if you don't get back to the hotel early enough.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The ac was a little louder than usual. Nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was good. The sound proofing is mediocre. For the price it was as expected. I would stay there again. The only negative is the restaurant closed before we got there at 6:45 pm. No USB ports in the room.

Our main issue was security. The door to our room appeared close but was not. We had to actually pull it shut to make sure that it was both locked and secured . There was a lot of cigarette butts outside this hotel, there is also some garbage on the hallways that didn't seem to be ever picked up. Also, there was a smell of somebody smoking in their room in the hallway which was there the whole time of our stay. The whirlpool was not available, because it was broken. I'm not sure we would stay at this hotel again nor will we recommend it to our family and friends.

For value, service, and convenience 5 star all the way. A little dated and worn furniture, but very clean. May not have a 5 star rating with luxury, but 5 star for value Love love love the hard flooring rather than carpet. Can be cleaned daily rather than just vacuumed.
Staff were very young and just super helpful and so 🤩. Thank you
