*UPDATE* They just charged me an 2 extra nights

I've called multiple times now to have an reciept emailed as I need it to be reimbursed by my company. I also havnt seen all the nights stayed charged to my card yet and it has been over 4 days now.

Check in was fine, nobody was around at 7am for checkout though so we just left our cards by the door.

The pop machines dont work. The clothes dryer doesnt work which I only found out after washing my clothes.

The tap water smells and tastes like pond water and went cold anytime someone else used the water.

Internet was extremely slow, to the point the hotel staff were having issues checking guests in and I had to use my cellphone as a hotspot for my laptop.

I also had multiple key cards just not work and had to go get a new one

This hotel room was not very nice, but the worst problem I had was with reservations. I paid through Booking.com, and when I arrived, they said they needed my credit card for possible damages, etc. Then they charged me for the room, more than I paid Booking.com. When I tried to get a refund, 'Michelle' said it had been too long (20 days as I couldn't reach the manager), and I would have to get a refund from Booking.com. She basically said it was not their problem but mine and Booking.com. Just Wow!! I became upset as this didn't make any sense to me, surely they can refund my card for their mistake Anyway, Michelle hung up on me.

Great stopover on our way to the Yukon!

My girlfriends and I stayed one night at the Stagecoach Inn while road-tripping up to the Yukon, and it was exactly what we needed. It’s not a five-star hotel—and honestly, you don’t need that for a one-night stop. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with friendly staff that made us feel welcome.

The location is super central, which made it easy to check out a bit of Chetwynd. There’s a restaurant on-site called Audi-licious, and there are also some great nearby food options—Filipino, Asian, and a solid steakhouse too.

We had a great sleep and really appreciated the hospitality. Thanks, Stagecoach Inn!

Wow, for a room on a budget this is amazing. Clean, bathrooms fully stocked,coffee and tea also a working mini fridge. The clerk was so friendly and helpful..Will be back.

Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable. Staff service was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

tried to scam me by adding another night on my reservation saying i was there past 11am lucky i noticed the email, they didn't call or anything...just added it to my booking...i have gps proof i wasn't there after 11am....tried to call no luck speaking to manager...room smelled like smoke, there was gum in the carpet, no screens on window, no cameras, avoid this place.

The room was ok, but the carpet was absolutely filthy. The internet was spotty so if you wanted to get any work done it kept kicking you out. I had a broken leg and had to ask for my garbage to be emptied and coffee etc to be refilled.

I was a walk in customer after the hotel I was staying at had run out of rooms for the next night (this wasn't the fault of the other hotel, more so my own planning). I walked in to the main lobby and spoke with a very friendly lady behind the desk. I explained that I wasn't sure how many days I was going to need a room. She called the house cleaning staff immediately and she had me in a room at a very fair rate within 5 minutes. When I got to the room my key wouldn't work and my hands were full of bags. One of the staff ladies came to the rescue by letting me in and ran to get another key. The room although itself was clean and comfortable. the wifi signal was strong enough that I was able to do all of my work related tasks. I slept well and while I planned on staying another night I left later the next afternoon. ||If you're looking for a brand new hotel with all new interiors, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a comfortable, family run, friendly hotel, this is the perfect place and you won't be disappointed. I'd recommend this place to others and thank everyone at the hotel for the help during my stay!
