Not sure what others are talking about with the lack of service, I got some pretty excellent service, on a Sunday no less, and the store was clean. They have a good selection but if you're looking for something a bit niche I'd call ahead to make sure. Very impressed with the service and the products.

Went on to use the printers, had never used them before. I didn't get the ladies name who helped me but she was amazing! I got my pages printed quick and easy and for a great price!

Went in to return a Amazon Package that was delivered to me today and was not the proper item. There older woman behind the counter, and I asked her how I go about sending the return shipping lable to staples to be able to print and attach to my return. She began giving me direction on how and she was speaking quite fast so I was not able to catch everything she had stated to me. Then she told me I'm being rude so I can figure it out on my own and when finished let her know. I asked her why she needs to be so rude, that all I'm trying to ask her for assistance as I've never had to do this process before, then she turned to me and stated I had a chip on my shoulder from the moment I asked for help. I then asked to speak to her manager and she stated with a nasty grin that she was the manager. When I asked who her boss was and to direct me to them, she called on her radio to her boss saying that somebody at the counter wants to talk to her boss. When the store manager replied who was waiting, she even nastier, Guess. The store manager then assisted me. But appeared annoyed that he had to. I was finally able to get my business done and get the hell out of there. I was a customer struggling to understand how to send my documents to staples to print. And was made out to be a customer with an attitude. I'm very upset about this. I was judged by this woman clearly because I was needing assistance and I clearly disturbed her day by asking for help. What she doesn't know is I'm a customer with a disability. Guess she never considered that during her unprofessional manner with me.

I had great service in the Photo department on October 31st with one of the sales associates. She was very helpful with submitting online a photo that was put on canvas but needed to be redone. Thanks for all of your guidance. I'm unsure of her name but I'm sure she knows who she is. Thanks a bunch!

Outstanding service at printing sites! Bhavika came back from her
lunch break just to help me with my printing needs. She informed me that my second visit within an hour wouldn't incur a service fee, which was incredibly thoughtful. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive.

Staff here are not accommodating, not even knowledgeable about there product. Very useless. Been waiting just to know if they have stocks on the laptop that i wanted to buy but staff choose to chit chatting with his co-staff rather that helping customer. Store is good but staff are not. Poor customer service.

What can I say. It’s a staples!
Stationary lover paradise.
I came here to get a package I ordered via purolator. They held it. Was easy to pick up.
I also bought a notebook and pens.
It’s clean enough. No changes to the layout for years though.
Pretty quiet when I went not much traffic.
