Highly recommend booking with Stars & Maple Holidays, especially with Prasad! From the booking process, until the end of our trip, Prasad offered excellent service with regular follow ups before travelling, advising us of any airport/ flight delays, and things to remember and places to see during our trip.

Our first experience booking through Prasad was so amazing that we continue to only book through him. We have referred him to many of our friends, and they all testify to his impeccable service as well. We have used Stars and Maple Holidays more than 3 times and the experience each time has always been by far the greatest. Each vacation itinerary provided by Prasad Gopinath was amazing. His and his team’s customer service is excellent and they suggest tours based on availability of your time and budget. Having said that, no matter what the quality is NEVER compromised. They are my go to people and will always be when it comes to taking a vacation.

Super accomodating, friendly team, went above and beyond and had amazing unbeatable deals! Prasad and team were constantly in touch with us through out our Vancouver and Banff trip to ensure the very best experience. They were very quick and happy to help in organizing alternative events & refunds for cancelled events due to weather related issues!

Definitely booking our future trip's through Stars & Maple and highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful hassle free experience!

We had an excellent vacation in Canada this month. We spent 11 days in Western Canada and the DMCi team led by Mr Prasad Gopinath took care of our airport pick ups and drops, hotel train and bus tours booking. Our entire trip was arranged at short notice in the busiest end June/early July 2023 travel season. Everything went smoothly and the team was able to make changes we requested along the way. They understood our requirements and the arrangements they made reflected our preferences.

Prasad is amazing. Extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. He planned our entire trip from beginning to end (and this was not easy). It was a trip across the Maritimes. Prasad was careful to make sure the drive times between all locations were below 3h with the understanding that we had young children. I can call him on a whim to make changes and I have the assurance that he has my best interests in his mind.
