Great place for our family trip for a sports camp. Parking underground was awesome for the one vehicle, but the 2nd vehicle we had to have was a bit tougher to find a spot for, especially arriving after 10 pm on the first night. Not something major to dwell on, but something to be aware of if you’re coming with more than 1 car.

The amenities are amazing at this building. That’s the reason we stay here. But if you’re looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place. You can hear literally everything from the unit above. We were kept up until after midnight then woken up at 6am by someone vacuuming above. With young kids, this wasn’t ideal. I’m guessing a top floor unit would be quiet but any other and the noise is ridiculous. Do not recommend if you want to sleep

Fantastic resort, great amenities area. Our Air B&B 2 bdrm suite was very well appointed. Great location for watching the sunset over the lake, but you pretty much need to drive to get anywhere. No hiking, running, biking within sorry distance. However, it's Westside location is a 10-15 min drive from a dozen wineries and the beach parks.

EDIT: to the reviewer "Wyn" who referenced my review -- your issue with Airbnb rentals should be taken up with your own strata. As a respectful Airbnb tenant for nearly 10 years, the treatment we received was abhorrent. As for your extra strata costs incurred with Airbnb guests, that's your strata's decision to allow these rentals. Take it up with them instead of reminding us that we are not wanted on the premises (had I known, I wouldn't have booked here!)

It's a beautiful facility but unfortunately some of the patrons are owners who probably didn't agree to the strata allowing Airbnb rentals. Our week-long family experience was tainted by a run-in with an older gentleman who aggressively asked us to leave the billiards room because our kids were playing with the pool balls with their hands. He kept staring at us during our visit and made us very uncomfortable. We also felt singled out being people of colour. I'd recommend staying elsewhere if you have a young family.

I live here and although we would prefer not to have Airbnb, most visitors are respectful and realize that it is not a hotel and that people actually live here.
As for the review that mentioned being asked to leave the games room, as owners, we sometimes have to make sure guests are respecting our property. Not this situation necessarily but, once vacationers have gone back home, we, have to pay for any damages and extra upkeep to the property. Just as an example, we have had to start cleaning the hall carpets twice a year. Once in the spring and again when the Airbnb's are gone. Our strata fees are very high already. If everyone treated our property as their own it would be better for all.

The parking spot for this unit was occupied. The owner/property manager said he would get that car moved. Contacted to say it was moved(630pm).Upon our return @10pm there was a different car in our spot. Texted owners/manager again. He told us to park in the next building! Terrible service for $300/night.

awesome amenities but the condo is is a true testament on how to build with the cheapest of cheap. You can't even lock the bathroom door. The sliding glass door to the deck is warped so bad you have to slam it, causing a very loud banging noise so it will close.
