J’ai réservé pour la durée de 13 jours à cette hôtel. Premièrement je suis Diamant avec IHG et pour eux c’était plus un problème qu’autre chose.

Lorsque j’ai eu ma chambre j’ai eu la surprise d’avoir une chambre d’handicapé et non une chambre upgradé comme mon statue diamant donne droit. J’ai demandé d’avoir une chambre régulière et ils ont fait d’la sourde oreilles. L’eau de l’ établissement était bonne à voir à mon arrivée mais la maintenance a été fait sur le système d’eau et aucun avertissement au résident de l’hôtel a été fait. J’ai malheureusement but de cette eau ce qui m’a causé des problèmes de santé majeur. Après une discussion avec les gens au bureau ils m’on dit que l’entretien avait été fait et ils m’ont même offert des bouteilles d’eau pour pouvoir faire mon café et faire cuire ma nourriture. J’ai demandé de parlé avec le gérant si possible et un certain Steve m’a communiqué durant la journée suivante et ils a été très agressif au téléphone niant toutes maintenance au système d’eau potable que ses employés m’on dit. Ils a même voulu savoir les noms de ses employés qui m’on parlé de la maintenance de l’eau. Ils m’a même envoyé que si je n’étais pas satisfait je n’avais qu’à partir sans même payé mes 2 premières nuits, des mauvais clients comme moi ils en avaient pas besoin dans sa propriété.

Comme j’avait un contrat de travail qui était prévus pour 13 nuit et qu’aucun hôtel n’était disponible à moins de 70 km à la ronde je suis resté jusque à la fin de mon séjour.

Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel. De plus la propreté n’était pas de mise dans cette établissement.

My husband and daughter and myself stayed at Stay bridge for two nights the second last week of August 2025. The rooms are clean and spacious and each room has a little kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and big. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening they provided complimentary appetizers. It was such a great added touch. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms with kitchenette, well thought out washroom / sink / closet area. The gym is one of the better ones I've experienced. The pool was ok - definitely better for kids as the water was quite warm and they had some kid-friendly features. The breakfast had a lot of options based on preference. Right next to the market on the weekends - a big attraction.

The location was good for the farmers market but was a bit far from anything else. We got there late in the evening so most restaurants nearby were closing but we found the brewery/bar/restaurant opposite to the hotel was still open which turned out to be an excellent place to eat and socialise. We stayed at the 2 bedrooms suite which was just right for us. We didn't used the kitchenette much so can't comment on that. However, the buffet breakfast wasn't great with very limited choices.

Great stay. Excellent for families. The kitchen in the room is a great touch, there was pool and splash pad for little ones. Location is great for st Jacob market, trails and other shops. The staff was very nice and accommodating! Breakfast was really good too!

Everything was good except the pool. Absolutely disgusting just a foggy hairy mess. The buckets function was also not working in the pool area. Sharing a pool with the holiday inn as well might be the issue just very gross. Other then that everything was great. Also all the cutlery in the buffet area was handle down so all the cutlery where your mouth goes was mauled by whoever came before you.

ALLERGY SUFFERERS BEWARE. I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, after just one night of a week-long stay, I developed an allergy cold that has only gotten worse each night. There’s no way to open the windows for fresh air, and the room is full of carpeting and upholstered furniture. If you have even a moderate dust mite allergy, this may not be the place for you. The room wouldn’t seem dirty to most people, but if you're sensitive, the air quality and materials make it very difficult to stay comfortable.
