I had really frustrating experience with Navjot Singh.Initially, I consulted them for advice on a PR pathway as my work permit is expiring soon. The first college they suggested for an HCA course turned out to be unlicensed. Then, they recommended another college supposedly in Surrey, but it was actually in Victoria.

To make matters worse, after booking an appointment for Friday, they asked me to reschedule it for Monday due to an emergency which i understand things happen. Then, on Monday, they wanted to reschedule again because Navjot Singh was busy in a meeting. Yesterday, Navjot Singh called me and was incredibly rude, pressuring me to make a decision about the HCA course and accusing me of being indecisive, even though I never expressed that I didn't want to pursue it. When I pointed out that their assistant had been providing incorrect information about the colleges, the lawyer became defensive and argumentative.

Overall, I found their advice to be unreliable, their scheduling practices inconvenient, and their communication unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend their services."
