My second stay at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel and my first review |My suite was well appointed and had a nice walk out and separate bedroom. HVAC system included 2 units and this kept me comfortable during some humidity in the weather during my trip. |I am a business traveler and clock about 80 hotel nights a year and I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Richmond area as well as the Vancouver airport (15 minute drive without traffic) |Additionally, it offers a "home away from home" experience with full kitchen, entertainment, washer and dryer etc. |WiFi was very strong to support my virtual business expectations. (averaging 200mbs) |The area is lovely and a quick stroll towards the town will present the visitor with numerous restaurants, shopping, historic tourist spots as well as proximity to the Pacific Ocean. This is a mixed residential and hotel / tourist area and the builders have done a pleasant and refreshing job with the "livable" architecture. |GM Ryan F and Chantelle at reception were very attentive and communicative about my requirements during my stay. I commend Ryan for "listening" to the voice of the customer and making adjustments to suit my specific needs. This type of personalized service is rare these days and for a person to adapt to a guest's requests seems almost unimaginable but Ryan came through for me on several occasions. |I am pleased with my experience at the Steveston Waterfront and I expect to return when my travels return to the Vancouver area. Hopefully in the future, I can bring members of my family to enjoy the experience that this hotel offers! |Highly recommended !

Steveston Waterfront hotel Starboard building, was a stay my partner and I needed very much.
The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean. Outfitted with kitchen appliances and utensils needed.
It was stress free booking, and a relaxing atmosphere to accommodate a perfect time away from home. We stayed only one night for a quick refresh.
The restaurants surrounding the hotel are top notch!
The Blue Canoe seafood restaurant was spectacular and the food delicious a 10/10 most definitely.
We will not hesitate to book again for another stay at the Steveston Waterfront hotel.
Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
Also, parking is underground the hotel to keep your vehicle safe and secure.

This was a very comfortable well equipped suite hotel. The location in Steveston was fantastic, on the river and a 5-10 minute walk to some great restaurants. Lovely walks along the boardwalk. Fantastic to have a washer/dyer, full kitchen. |Downsides - you can't open the drapes - everyone can see in. There is no outdoor seating, would have been lovely to sit out in the sunshine! Also we had an agreed late checkout (until noon), left at 11.45 and our access code was already deactivated so we couldn't get into the parking garage to get our car. Luckily a resident passed and scanned us in, as there was no staff at the desk.|Also be aware with traffic the journey in to Vancouver takes around 60 mins.

Beautiful, fully equipped suites in a great location with a gorgeous view. The only issue is you can choose the gorgeous view or privacy, but not both. Waterfront views open onto a busy walking path, and we had to be careful about relaxing in the living space. I wanted to stretch out on the couch, but making eye contact with passers-by was a bit unnerving. Almost had a kid come right up to our windows to say hi. 😅
Suites are all groundfloor in what appears to be a condo building.
It's great having access to laundry machines and a full kitchen while away from home, though!

If you are looking for an excellent stay in Steveston the Waterfront Hotel is the place to stay. It is new, very clean, very quiet, and an easy walk into the village.

Our "room" was more of a suite than just a single room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so much so, we wanted to take it home with us.

There are walking trails along the water, people are very friendly, and the food choices are great.

We will be back!

The rooms are more spacious than the pictures suggest. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out. Good quality pots, knives, cozy towels, nice shampoo etc. Someone has thought about what makes a hotel suite comfortable. The view overlooking the waterfront trail to the riverbank beyond was restful. Very good restaurants close by. We only stayed one night but I would not hesitate to book a longer stay.

There are a lot of positives about this hotel, the rooms are very well equipped and the quality of finish is excellent, the beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. The living area was very clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area had lots of options for food and drinks. I'd like to thank Chantelle for all her help with the issue we had with the door lock, the maintenance department on the other hand could have been more responsive. All in all I would definitely return and strongly recommend to others

We loved our stay, the room was quite big superb. Self-contained apartment style on waterfront. Very nice river view. We stayed on the weekend, they only supplied 1 pack of sugar & 4 nespresso capsules, which wasn't enough for us. There wasn't any housekeeping. We had to find a cafe.|Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Certainly love to come back and stay longer. |
