One of the best distillery tasting experiences I've ever had. A huge part of our experience was the amazing service we received from Sabrina. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff was also wonderful and welcoming. The selection of gin, vodka, rye and whiskey was perfect! I loved the double oak rum cask rye whiskey and the whiskey cream the best. I was shocked at how much I loved the pink peppercorn gin, so delicious! The cocktail menu has great choices and if you don't feel up to the whiskey flight you could try a cocktail flight. There was a burger food truck just outside which just made our visit even better! From start to finish we had a fun, friendly, and delicious visit. I will absolutely be back for another visit soon.

We Visited during the Christmas season and were surprised with level of customer service. Passion and knowledge makes quality product! The tasting room is quaint and nicely decorated. The staff allowed for an exceptional experience of selecting which items to sample in the tasting flight. They also made a tasting Ceaser with pickle! A great place to relax with some friends! Stopped in for a gin flight at Stillhead and it did not disappoint! Every sip was delicious, beautifully presented, and totally unique. The vibe was fantastic. Super cool and welcoming. We came in on tour with a group of Realtors and we had a great time! Can’t wait to come back!

This is such a quaint and cute distillery. The staff were so nice.

A bit tucked out of the way so easy to miss! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a fun unique cocktail in a gorgeous well decorated venue. The mixologist serves your fancy cocktail with flair and charm, youll be leaving with a smile on your face!

Hands down one of the coolest spots in the whole Cowichan Valley. Super amazing space, full of really cool looking distillery equipment, and some absolutely amazing whiskeys and other spirits. I just picked up some of their Gary Oak Cask Rye Whiskey and it is exceptional. The lounge is also super cool and they do some great cocktails and have something like 100+ different Whiskeys. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're here in the Cowichan Valley or are passing by.

Had a tour with Brennan at the distillery. Brennan is very knowledgeable and explained the distilling process in an easy to understand way. When you first arrive, you are greeted with a beautiful tasting room. Beyond that are the stills. The copper still is stunning! Had an opportunity to taste several whiskeys (already have tasted the gins and vodkas). The whiskeys are some of the best I've ever tasted. Absolutely delicious. The B Word whiskey is my personal favorite. Another favorite is the wild blackberry gin. It's incredible and best enjoyed over ice. Highly recommend Stillhead Distillery!

Fabulous new distillery!! Sampled their Vodka and Gin. The Vodka has a richness with hints of herbs with a real smooth finish. - finally a Vodka you don't need to hide in a cocktail!! And the Gin was a delicious London Dry, notes of juniper come alive with cardamom and other botanicals. Loved it!! Stillhead is very soon to be a household name.
