We visited Nelson earlier this month and I wanted to stay in a hotel that was comfortable, had a convenient location and reflected the history and character of this beautiful town. I can't say enough good things about Stirling All Suites Hotel. The location can't be beat - right in town but on the quieter end of a street. Shops, lively restaurants just a few steps away. The hotel has gone through a tremendous renovation and the results are top notch. Rooms are bright, spacious and airy. The lovely kitchen has everything you need to prepare snacks and meals. Very nice bathroom, stacked wash/dryer, much needed air conditioning for those hot summer days and a wonderful patio space that looks over the town, lake and mountains in the background ( a rare find in Nelson). Everything in this hotel is immaculate and perhaps one of the nicest things are the little details that show how much care the owners put into making their establishment a lovely, welcoming place to stay.

Second time staying at the Stirling and the room we had was perfect. Marika and Elon have done a great job with renovation and our room was thoughtfully designed and laid out. The space is modern, comfortable, super clean, and very secure. We don't cook our meals while visiting Nelson, but if we had to, the kitchen has the basics for preparation. Great view of the lake from our small balcony and our stay was quiet. There is a small parking lot in the back of the building for the suites, but otherwise one must park on the street next to the meters. This was not an issue for us as we were gone from 9 -5 when meters are supposedly enforced, but honestly, we never saw a meter reader or even a ticket issued anywhere in town. Everything downtown is easily accessible from The Stirling and I highly recommend staying here.

If you are in Nelson, stay at the Stirling All Suites Hotel! I recently stayed in the Deluxe King Suite and I loved every minute of it. The suites are beautifully decorated. You can tell the owners put their heart into every detail of the décor. I felt at home and peaceful as soon as I entered the suite. The location is also perfect. You can easily explore and enjoy Nelson's lovely downtown on foot. Finally, the hosts/owners are just terrific. Don't think that the contactless entry means you are not thought of and looked after. The hosts give fabulous details about the hotel, parking, things to do and they are super responsive to any questions/requests you may have. It is obvious they care about their clients' experiences. One of the best accommodation experiences of my various travels. Highly, highly recommend! Book today!

Our second stay here and I’m sure we’ll be back. Great location walkable to everything on Baker Street and area. Rooms are great - very well equipped. Even a washer and dryer, although we would probably sacrifice those for a bit more room in the bathroom! Very comfortable bed. No onsite dining but you have many options within a block or two. Or shop at the grocery store across the street and cook in your own kitchen. Be aware that parking is extremely limited (6 spaces for 16 rooms) and access is very tight. Overnight parking out front is free but be prepared to play musical parking meters during the day. Download Nelson’s parking app before you come!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our garden suite had everything we needed. It was within easy walking distance to all the great shopping and eating establishments in downtown area. You can tell that Marika & Elon take great pride in providing a high quality experience for their guests. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends as well.

This is our second stay at Stirling Inn. We enjoyed it just as much as our first. The suits are well appointed, comfortable and include everything you need and more. Little extras like a drying rack you can use for delicates instead of the dryer and white noise machine in the bedroom. ||The beds are super comfortable, including the Murphy bed in the living room. ||Kitchen is well stoked, including ziplock bags, tinfoil and cellophane wrap. ||The location is perfect- short walk to the water front, a block from the Main Street with shops and restaurants. ||Limited parking is provided on site with a locked gate - easy to access and secure. ||Although there is no staff on site, the owners are very responsive and engaged. ||We will definitely stay here again on our next rip to Nelson. ||Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at the Stirling for 3 nights and we wish it would have been longer. Located right in the town of Nelson, walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shops. The room was large, bright and very clean. Very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit the beautiful town of Nelson. |Thank you Marika and Elon
