The Stone Fountain Motel is our home away from home!
We love, May and her family!
The staff are some of the kindest most thoughtful people around. Jessica is one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet!
The rooms are always meticulously cleaned and comfortable.
May and her family treat their guests with the utmost respect and care.
They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and the whole experience is so wonderful we can’t wait to be back!
Whether you’re looking for a picturesque view to enjoy your morning coffee, or a place that’s close to beautiful Fenelon Falls and all it has to offer the Stone Fountain is the place for you. I was looking for nothing more than a good night's sleep before driving on. The Stone Fountain Inn is a modest, family-run motel somewhat off the beaten track just off the highway. I found the room to be perfectly adequate -- quiet, clean, good bed and linens, great WIFI, complimentary bottles of water and toiletries, and the appliances I needed (coffee maker, microwave, fridge). Honestly, for $113 (incl. HST), this was just what I needed/wanted and great value. In the off season now, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if summer prices will reflect seasonal demand.

We chose this motel, rather than a place closer to our destination, because of the consistently wonderful reviews. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are renovated and very comfortable. The bathroom is especially nice. The space was clean, with good airflow...and the walls must be thick because we couldn't hear any other guests. The back deck, looking out on farm fields bordered by trees, is a lovely feature.

Great host that accommodated me on a lovely spacious room as a walk in mid week. Renovated bathrooms, great little kitchen suite and amenities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really clean. Very convenient and just a few minutes from downtown Fenelon Falls.

My son and I spent the week here while working at the International Plowing Match in Lindsay. An easy drive from town and located right in the heart of the lakes - perfect for both business and leisure. Our room was clean, modern, perfectly laid out, and the well equipped kitchenette meant we could have breakfast and dinner there every day. The owner is super friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!

Great location for exploring many nearby areas. My queen bedroom had a microwave, fridge, TV, water, washroom amenities, comfy and clean beds, unbelievable for a motel at this price point. The enormous back yard area had a bbq and so much room for my dogs to run around in. The owner was extremely accommodating, providing a small ramp for my mom as there's a step up into the room. She was also very helpful with recommendations for where to visit and dine. Overall this little gem is such a great find and I will definitely return.

Spent the weekend here with friends and had a great time. This is an amazing place to visit with family and friends. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Great location with easy access to the lakes, local attractions and free boat-launch. We took great pleasure in sitting in the lawn, enjoyed bonfire in the evening and ofcourse the views. The complimentary morning coffee and snacks kept us energized for our adventures. The cherry on the cake were the phenomenal hosts ||Overall, it made for an unforgettable weekend! Highly Recommend!!!!
