This hotel has an amazing lobby that feels very cozy. The staff was friendly and accommodating! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. They had eco-friendly soaps that supported bees (That's a random thing but also awesome and I want to see more of this from big hotel chains!). My only complaints were that the bathroom had no fan, just a vent that barely moved the air.

Edit: came back a second time and unfortunately, our room was not clean. There was a used toothpick beside the bed and a dirty tissue on the other side of the bed. These were in clear view as we entered the room. Had to lower my star rating because of this.

I stayed for 2 weeks because of work.
Key cards don't work. You have to get your card reactivated every single day and you have to wait 5-15 minutes for the ONLY person working to respond to the front desk. Don't bother asking for room service, it took 3 days to get my garbage emptied. Was missing toilet paper. The shower is coming out of the wall. They use WAY too much bleach on their laundry. The sheets smell like chlorine and I broke out with rashes all over my body.

The staff are great. I may have been frustrated a couple of times with them and they were nothing but polite. It's not their fault their management system and owners can't run a hotel.
The staff go out of their way to help. When they are around. And that's a big WHEN.

I would NOT recommend this place for anyone staying more than a single night.
For 1 night the price is good and it's quiet. Anything more than that is just a frustration and kills your sanity.

I would rate this higher for the personal interactions that we had - but there were several items that could have been easily rectified. We had chosen the Stonebridge as it was another hotel in town that offered a Jacuzzi suite that we had not been to.
The Hotel staff that we talked to were all mostly courteous, pleasant. They respected the requested privacy. The room was also bigger than I expected, but needs a serious update on lighting. The addition of the mini kitchen was awesome, and it was already equipped with dishes and necessary cutlery (and dish soap for us to take care of them ourselves)
The breakfast room was constantly dirty. All the tables in there had not been cleaned in the times between guests. That and some cleanliness elsewhere in the hotel posed a bit of an annoyance. The staircase and the interior of the elevator seemed to be perpetually dirty. Our Room was spotless though! Loved the bed and the comforter.
One last comment on the room was the flooring was lifting.

A hotel is a hotel is a hotel….. a room is a room ……. But in today’s world, you have to stand out or be something different. This review is strictly to do with the complimentary breakfast. Gross and nothing special. Why not use the breakfast to stand out and be different? Maybe try supporting local producers to offer a difference for the patrons? Next time I will put my money into a hotel with a kitchenette and make my own breakfast, at least this way I can have something tasty and healthier in the morning. Saying this, the young man who checked me in the night I checked in is five stars. He clearly loves his life.

Pros:
The staff were nice and responsive. We needed to do laundry, and they allowed us to use the on-site washer and dryer after the posted hours.
Breakfast was decent and included with the room.
Great wifi.

Cons:
The shower had not been washed before our stay.

Overall: My family and I were just passing through on a 7,000 mile trip, moving from Alaska to Virginia. We only stayed one night, but the hotel service and location were a nice return to civilization after many miles of wilderness. We would stay again.

The hotel was priced really well and the rooms were very clean. The staff was incredibly polite and the continental breakfast was decent. My only hang up was the beds were clearly old and uncomfortable. The first room we had, the mattress was not very sturdy and uncomfortable. The front desk was sympathetic and moved us to a room with a slightly better, but clearly old mattress. The hotel would greatly benefit with replacing all the old mattresses with new ones.

Very dirty rooms (both I was in) some of the staff were a bit snotty. positively, there's a decent 24 hr fitness room, if you like working out in a very warm atmosphere. The free breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen. Very close to many amenities (great theater great pub great grocery), which is nice not having wheels. I've seen worse over the last 20 years working out of hotels, but definitely seen much better :/
