What a great little place. The atmosphere and staff were so inviting.

They have something for everyone in our large community, board games, TCGs, wargames, TTGS, even preowned video games wow!

I went in for some Flesh and Blood singles and came out very satisfied.

Also if you want to just come in and play, they have space for that too. With loads of events happening throughout the week.

A friendly gaming store that stocks almost every niche from DnD supplies to puzzles to Warhammer to TCGs old and new is exactly what Stony Plain needed.

I've been going here since last summer and have always been treated like a friend by Lance and Christina. It's been only the two of them managing things since they opened just before all the lockdowns and mandates, and they've done their best to build up their business in spite of COVID. Congrats!

Prices here are very fair and never inflated even if something is very popular (looking at you, Metazoo and Flesh and Blood) and if you are looking for something specific you can ask either Lance or Christina and they can do their best to bring it in.

I've also noticed a bombardment of one star reviews left by spam accounts, some even having a few sentences describing the owners as rude or creepy; please visit this store in-person and see for yourself that these owners truly care about their customer base and their business.
I look forward to my future visits and wish all the best for Lance, Christina and their business in 2022.

(I'll also leave some pictures of things I've recently bought. Prices are fair but be careful that you don't spontaneously start another hobby!)

My first time visiting the store in Stony Plain. I am from Edmonton so it was a 30 minute drive. Well worth the trip though. Lots of parking and covid friendly. Both Lance and his wife where very friendly and helpful.

They answered all my questions as we traded stories. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I am usually very reserved and somewhat socially awkward, but I felt comfortable and welcome as soon as we I walked in.

I will be making many more trips to Stony Plain Games for sure and definately recommend them for all your gaming needs. Remember to shop local guys and gals...... Looking forward to seeing them both again next week....

Wonderful people who run a wonderful store! Great selection (and prices) for loose packs and good deals on Warhammer kits. They are very helpful and put in a lot of time organizing Magic The Gathering singles. Highly recommend making this shop a regular stop.

Amazing customer service!!!! Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in any card shop. The owners are very knowledgeable and take the time to teach customers all about MTG. Even more importantly, they have the desire to connect and engage with their customers. I left not only left feeling more knowledgeable about my knew interest in MTG, but valued as a customer. Thank you for the great experience and taking the time to show me around the store and answer all my questions. You are now my go to shop for MTG, more than worth the drive out from Edmonton. 🙂

Customer service was absolutely fantastic! My mom and I had a lovely conversation with one of the owners and I felt compelled to leave a review. The store also has a nice collection of enamel pins and jewelry at an affordable cost.

Went into the store a little over a week ago and met with one of the owners. Very nice, very kind, they know about all the products they sell and were more than happy to slow down their day to help me with the questions I had. Over all they’re a great store and just good people to speak with. What I appreciated most was that my minor knowledge of Warhammer was not an issue as the owners were happy to explain the different boxes, pricing, how to order online and every other question I had. Will surely be back to spend more money I can’t afford to spend on plastic!
