When I called them they stated it could be up to 10 to 15 mins but stated the owner could pick me up. I was under the impression that they be a bit to come pick me up. I had to go do something and when i returned home he was there waiting for me. At that point I was offered a right by a friend and I told him I would not be needing the cab. The Owner was driving and was soo rude and demanded money ($5) from me. I asked why and all he could say cause. I told him there was nothing on there sticker stating they had the right to demand money from a customer. He kept being rude and I ended up giving him the money and he drove off. That cab company lost my business. I am investigating if that warrants a complaint with the town by-laws and will be lodging a complaint with the Peace Officers!!!!

The driver was professional and nice. However Dispatch quoted me 95 and when the van arrived I got a text that the price is 120.

I think this is unethical. I understand if someone makes a miscalculation but then just let me know and give me a chance to cancel.

The dispatch got into an argument with me via text. This is very unprofessional. The right thing would have been to honor the price or at least apologize for the mistake.

I should have read the reviews and would not have used your service.

This is very unprofessional and unethical.
It is not about the price it is about how I was deceived and then charged more.

I was in desperate need of ride last night with my dog. I called this taxi company and the person who answered the phone asked me series of questions like how old the dog is, the breed, the size and in the end, he rejected us...the reason simply he said , they are not accepting dogs because of hair complaints... then why ask multiple of questions if you are not accepting passengers with dogs

One of taxi driver Punjabi was so rude I’m going on pedestrian the wax close and going to hit on me instead of apologizing his go to my work and speaking on bad manner rude behaviour maybe you need to hired good driver and have manner at all

I just phoned, got some clown that said it's 30 minutes wait, and then just hung up on me without waiting for my response. Lost more than one client for that.
It was the guy (somewhat thick accent) working Sunday morning around 9:00 a.m. August 4th.

I needed a taxi to go from Strathmore to Calgary - 4 days per week with return for physiotherapy. This is the company that is covered by WCB.
Strathmore Taxi arrived 15 minutes early, consistently, and were flexible. If I finished early or late, they'd adjust the pickups. Great customer service. Reliable.
