The facility has been absolutely amazing in helping our child grow. The staff are very caring for all children and parents who attend. They provide challenging activities for the kids as well as interactive free play to help build their imaginations and social skills with their peers. The food is incredible in exposing children to a variety of foods in ways they will eat as well as making the meals healthy. We are looking forward to having our youngest attend with his big sister in the spring.

My baby girl has always been very shy around strangers, so I was quite anxious about sending her to daycare. However, after a little over six months here, I couldn't be happier with the experience. Her two teachers are amazing and take such great care of her. I have complete peace of mind knowing she's in good hands. Now, my house and her daycare are the only places where my little princess feels at home.

Where to begin? My almost three year old has attended this daycare for almost a year and I cannot explain how much I appreciate them. We drive from the south of Calgary taking us 20 minutes each way and it's super easy to get to and drop off. He originally attended a daycare in Calgary where he was constantly belittled and treated differently with notes home of aggression and behaviour concerns constantly. We were outraged as had never witnessed this before despite being around other children constantly. He did not learn the way that they wanted him too and it was clear his mind worked differently and that was not acceptable to their idealisms. After feeling completely lost and defeated we found Summit Start and everything changed. Immediately he was welcomed with open arms. They spoke openly and non judgementally regarding his developmental delays and assured me that they had resources available. They put so many of my worries to rest and kept me updated repeatedly during his introduction stages. Both he and I were on edge each time pulling up to daycare before Summit start and now that's all changed. Each member of staff welcomes him every morning and go above and beyond to interact with him despite him being non verbal. Emails and messages are answered in a timely manner and we have not had a single incident report or negative experience with this daycare. I no longer have to worry about him, knowing that he is in a loving and caring place with people that actively participate in his upbringing and celebrate his achievements no matter how big or small.
I cannot recommend this daycare enough!

This daycare is amazing. My kids love going there and enjoy the activities they do. Andrea the director is very nice, and the staff there are very very good with the kids. Highly recommend this place for your kids.

Both my kiddos have been at Summit from when it opened. The kids enjoy the time there and the caregivers are amazing. My son had a medical emergency at the centre and it was dealt with professionally as the staff acted quick and got my child the medical help he required. The location is excellent for us and the hours are ideal for a working parent. It's clean and they also provide the food which is a bonus!! The only downfall that we experienced is the staff turnover but each new staff member seems to fit in quickly. As long as my kiddos are happy and safe which is most important!

My wife and I went a tour with our 6 month old for a February 2025 start. Nice establishment, and staff. However they're full and would've been nice if they informed us they are at capacity before scheduling the tour as I had to to take time off. New parents or soon to be, please check for capacity when you're pregnant to ensure a possible enrollment.
