Excellent service, and reasonably priced. Booking was easy and I had a very nice driver - he was friendly and drove safely.

When I booked the shuttle, I was the only passenger so I had to pay for the whole shuttle but was told that if another passenger joined the ride, I would be refunded half the price. When there was a walk-on passenger, I wondered whether this would actually happen - and it did! Nice when businesses live up to verbal promises without any hassle. I would recommend this service.

Sun Star Shuttle was great in getting me to Sunpeaks from Kamloops during the quieter shoulder season period. They were fast in organising a pick up with me, and good with communication. The driver was also very nice. Good experience, understandably more expensive during the quieter times as I was the only one in the van but none the less would book with them again if I needed to.

Hi folks, amazing service and look forward to using you again next year! Our initial flight was delayed pushing back our pickup from 1830 to 0030...but no problem. Quick email had it sorted. Pickup for the return flight home was 0330, driver was great and arrived at exactly 0330. Great service, great customer care and friendly drivers...well done!

Great service!
We have been using these guys for years to go to and from Kamloops Airport to Sun Peaks. They are always on time, friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
This time our flight was really delayed and the driver stayed until we arrived at around midnight. So they're very reliable too.

Our flight was delayed and the driver was patiently waiting for us in Kelowna to take us to Sun Peaks. He was so friendly and helpful dealing with our large group with tons of luggage and skis. The shuttle back from Sun Peaks to Kelowna was just a smooth. Great driver showed up early to make sure we made our flight on time.
We highly recommended this company and would definitely use them again!

Very efficient service. On time. Drivers know exactly where the hotels and condo units are located and very helpful. Someone forgot a water bottle and the driver took the time to go into the airport to find its owner. Highly recommend Sun Star Shuttle.
