Great little spot at an affordable price!

We reserved a two bedroom unit, and were very pleasantly surprised by the value for the price.

While the owner is not shy to admit all the units are a bit different, this 2 bedroom unit came with a full sized kitchen equipped with dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, and all the dishes and utensils you might need. Smart TV with digital cable in the living room. Fast wifi. Two bedrooms plus a fold up cot in the hallway closet that fits in either one of the bedrooms.

We paid half of what some of the “standard” (ie bedroom+bathroom) hotel rooms were charging in Charlottetown.

Pool was out of service, but that was made clear when we made our reservation.

Amazing service, walking distance to amenities, and great value!

What a delight this little motel was. Our room was clean, our host was helpful and very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. It was a very functionable suite, the kitchenette was well stocked with plates, cups, cutlery and other necessites, along with toaster, microwave, coffee pot and a stove as well. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. The suite is dated, but I will pick clean and well cared for over over modern and dirty. Thanks Becky, we highly recommend your establishment. Also there is a nice restaurant right across the street.

I feel very lucky my son got this place at the last minute, then we had a wonderful place like home with kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. It is cheaper, but the best place comparing to the other hotels we booked. The owner is such a nice and kind lady. She always has her smile on and gave us good ideas regarding where we need to visit and eat. We enjoy the whole stay there. Strongly recommend!

This motel is a wonderful hidden gem in Cornwall. The owner is so kind and friendly and helped us find this place in the middle of dealing with a death in the family. Units and all linens were clean and fresh. Yes furnishings are dated but don’t let that deter you from staying here. Great prices also plus a nice affordable restaurant across the street. Thanks for a wonderful stay
