On s’est laissés attirer par la piscine mais elle était hors service. Le lobby pue le vieux tapis et la graisse de patates frites. La chambre était propre mais la salle de bain a besoin de rénovation avec le bois pourri, les pentures rouillées et la moisissure dans la lumière de la douche. Le resto était bon et les plats très généreux mais il fallait traverser le bard avec plein de gars chauds qui t’observent….

Rooms smelled of musty dirty carpet but beds were very very comfortable. Pet friendly and friendly staff! Rooms despite the carpet were clean. Would have given a better review if the price reflected the quality of the room. I appreciate that they have playpens available for a baby.

Booked a room for 2 nights. When booking, we explained I would be working at night and sleeping during the day. They said it would be no problem.
Got to hotel and explained again that I'm sleeping during the day and to let housekeeping know, again, they said no issue.
Unfortunately, what I wasn't told is that they were doing construction down the hall from my room and had heavy machinery driving around outside my window. Construction noise all day.
Didn't get much sleep at all.
The room was rough.
The staff were alright.

Will not be staying again.

Rooms are okay not the newest but sleeps very comfortable. But the staff is amazing but the food is fantastic I was there for a week and the lady on Tuesday and Friday and Saturday she was amazing!!!! Smiles and so kind. I really do recommend this place

Tried to go eat at the diner room, but no servers came out to take our order. Waited 15 minutes for someone. But it was completely dead. While others are eating and talking. Very poor service! Will not be going back.

This place is a dump, it’s also loud - so don’t plan on sleeping. Their bar is open until midnight and customers congregate outside of the front door to smoke in large drunk numbers. The front desk was unwilling to make the crowd disperse and did not feel like she should make them be quiet at 10 o’clock at night.

The problem with their smoking area is all rooms are exposed to this noise and the management doesn’t care.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF TOU WANT TO SLEEP OR HAVE A CLEAN ROOM. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME.

Rooms could use some updating I'm sure that will come in time now that it's not under the Days Inn branding. Front desk staff have been great. Food here is amazing portion size and taste is great! Staff in the lounge and restaurant have been super friendly and great service. Will be staying here again while in kenora. Also a big bonus is the security in parking lot ensuring your vehicles safety.
