L'Hotel est moderne est tres propre. Il ya a un Petit déjeuner gratuities a chaque matin qui commence de bonne heure (5:30) Ils ont aussie réçament installé une piscine (j'ai pas encore été, Mais a l'aire propre et en bonne état).

When checking in I was asked more times than I can count why I was booked for 2 rooms. This was due to an error of over booking on there end and providing me a room option that I would still be able to attend a family wedding. I doubled checked with them what credit card payment would have to go on, I was assured multiple times after correcting payment information which card it would go on (you still charged wrong)
The next morning before check out we found blood stained sheets which my grandson had slept on (we did not notice due to coming in late from a wedding). I immediately brought to front staff, who informed management. Management NEVER got in contact with us and nothing was provided for further feedback at checkout when we inquired.
Very disappointed with our stay and the care staff and Management provide for this location.

Staff is rude and unfriendly the only friendly staff member is on of the cleaner guy he was very friendly but the manager is very rude refused to let my toddler son who who was visiting me at the hotel swim in the pool unless I paid $30 and my infant son wanted some serial (he's only 1 so I only wanted like 10 fruit loops) but they refused to let me have that because it wasn't during breakfast hours. The only pleasant people out-of the entire staff that I encountered was an older cleaner lady and a heavy set male cleaner who were both very friendly pleasant people

Working in a nearby town and staying here. The people here are amazing and helpful. They greet with warm smiles and you leave conversations with them feeling heard and taken care of. I noticed a lot of posts mentioning rude management and closes pools, but the pool is open and havwn't had a bad interaction at all with any of the staff. I've been here for two weeks already and for a various nights the month before as I was working a job out here on and off.

DO NOT SATY HERE!!! Read full review this hotels steals from rooms, I try not to write bad reviews and I only do it when it’s necessary The Asian guy the manager Michael that works at the front desk is the rudest person alive along with the other staff, if you go to the filter bar and select manager you will see how awful this guy is and from so many reviewers he should be fired, now I didn’t get an A+ in math but when that many people have an issue with one person than there’s an obvious common denominator, he was ablest to this man in a wheelchair that we saw on the first night and felt bad for him that he was being treated that way, the front desk harassed my family and I the entire time we were there, he called to accuse us of stealing paper plates and threatened to kick us out when we had done nothing wrong, he keeps tabs on who enters your room so we don’t know if there are cameras inside the room or not because we had a conjoining room that our friends were staying in and paying for the one beside and they called to accuse us of not paying for them in our room when they had their own room and just came to hang out, very unsettling feeling that we were being watched, front desk also calls you every 15m with a new issue they have, if you choose to complain they don’t do anything about it, it’s like they have never been trained on customer service so here’s my warning about the staff and the front desk man who is the rudest person alive who wishes misery onto everyone only because he is a grumpy mean man, I’m not joking don’t stay here take your business elsewhere like to the “days inn” down the street, because the super 8 is a catfish hotel like the other reviewer said there pool also sucks!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy, we also have video of him being an absolute nut case they also stole from our room and I also have video prof of this guy admitting he took our stuff and owning up to it !!!!

Easily the worst hotel in North America. Staff is completely incompetent. Charged me for 5x the value of my stay upon check-in and then refused to refund me. Manager wouldn't speak with me to deal with the issue. Absolutely baffling. Don't stay here, save the time and sleep on the ground of the parking lot. You'll be better off

Checkin and out was painfully slow. Was overcharged as a Wyndham and AAA member. Even after showing the confirmation email directly, still overcharged. Beds were small, rooms were small. Staff had a difficult time even communicating. Breakfast has spoiled food, only 1 ice machine and it was broken. AC didn’t work well for a +35 weekend. Overall terrible experience. Would never stay here again. Terrible service and amenities. Would rather sleep in the car.
