Accueil chaleureux et convivial par la gentille Kaylin (si je me souviens bien de son prénom). Elle nous a très bien renseignée. Chambre nickel, rien à redire sur la propreté. L'ambiance était relaxante et confortable. J'y serais restée des mois ! Le déjeuner était vraiment complet. On y proposait beaucoup de choix, j'étais encore plus surprise vue que c'est un super 8! Tout le personnel rencontré était tellement gentil. On ne peut trouver mieux comme hôtel! Merci pour le beau séjour.

The towels were so soft, very good bed with good pillows. The room was quiet and the service was so amazing. The employees were so kind and the breakfast was very good. This hotel is very good and so not expensive. We’ll stay there again for sure.

The ground floor room was perfect for us & our dog. The back door worked well for morning & evening walks without having to go through the lobby and made it very convenient to load the car for departure. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff very accommodating. Definitely will stay at this location again.

Super 8 delivered. The pool with the slide was a big hit
Our room had 3 double beds so we all had a good night sleep in the very comfortably beds
They include a breakfast that has it all
Sausage eggs potatoes waffles cereal etc
Staff were all helpful and friendly

We would never stay here again. The staff here are rude and don’t seem to really care about the hotel guests. We arrived at 2:15 pm and were quite rudely told that should we want to check in it would be an additional cost. We waited the 45 mins and finally checked in. Upon getting to our room it was ok although we have stayed in much better. We were a team of 18 hockey players plus parents and at least 10 of the team had cut their feet in the bottom of the pool, when we expressed our concerns the front desk staff told us “oh well wear socks then”, I will be making a complaint regarding all of this with the better business bureau as well. I should add there was a hockey tournament, which ourselves and 15 other families from our team were a part of. One of the parents went to get ice and the ice bucket in their room was full of moldy old food, see pic, well done cleaning staff. When we went for breakfast the following morning there was no food left and when I mentioned this to the front desk staff all I got was a shrug of her shoulders and a roll of the eyes, well done Isabelle (a). As you can see from the one pic the sausages were overcooked and shriveled up. Need less to say the following morning we went to Smitty’s which has amazing staff and food! We highly suggest staying next door at the Ramada as they have staff there that actually listen and care about their guests and also have amazing food (2 of the teams families stayed) Super 8 it’s time to dump the lousy staff at this location and step things up cause after spending $400 on rooms we are just a little bit upset that we had to endure this crap. Not even sure how you have managed to achieve 4.4 stars on Google quite honestly.

‘Owner’ I see that you fail miserably as it appears you don’t really care about our concerns whatsoever. Children having their feet cut open on the bottom of the pool and that is your idea of a response, well done

From the moment our day to arrive started the experience was excellent. We were prompted to check in before our stay and it was easy and convenient. When we arrived the staff was very welcoming and professional. The facility is very clean and well kept. The gym was great the breakfast was well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay and the staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The price for the stay was fair and really worth it. Highly recommend.

Well done Super 8 - High River!
They say it’s the people that make a place great and this location never fell short of its customer comforts.
Rose greeted us at the front desk and was happy, proficient and accommodating. The next morning we met Andrea at the breakfast room who was multitasking at the front desk! She shared great stories and was incredible generous. Shannon, head of house keeping, was more than accommodating to extend our stay just a little bit longer that day. This hotel is fortunate to have this staff, they are definitely an asset to the hotel. The room was clean and cool. Kids loved the pool and water slide. And they found more excitement to make their own waffles! Highly recommend this location for your stay whether short or long, this place has it going on!

Excellent service from all staff members. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable with loads of space. Excellent breakfast with good choice. Some lovely touches with coffee and even pot noodles available 24/7 at reception. Given free bottles of water and cookies on arrival. Hotel is located very close to restaurants and shops.
