Les salles de bains sont corrects.. le déjeuner continental est de base mais convient parfaitement , nous faisions une seule nuit , pour 126$/ 3pers , ce fut agréable

Devrait faire quelques réparations au niveau de l entretien des||portes d entrées des chambres elles ne ferment pas très bien et la chambre de bain n on plus pour le reste le lit super comfortable déjeuner compris mais restreint au niveau des places

Great value! We have a dog so this hotel was accommodating. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay.|Breakfast was decent, eggs, cereal, great coffee. |We didn’t use the pool. |Easy checkin and checkout. |We would recommend this value hotel.

Excellent Hotel from the ease of booking online, directly contacting to request one room be pet friendly, to checking in - everything went quickly & smoothly. Friendly educated Staff willing to assist in any way. Affordable, clean, comfortable rooms (we had two). Dove products (instead of sunlight dish soap disguised as shampoo as you find in other Hotels) - which was wonderful !! Coffee & other refreshments were available in the Lobby followed with a nice complementary light breakfast in the morning.
*Ample Parking for Bigger Units.

Lighting should always be on in the pool area and the pool was cold. Breakfast was not very inviting either and checkin was also an issue to get fixed when we changed hotels!||The rooms were clean and we had a good sleep. A few things and our rating would have been higher!

Stayed here for one night on our way back to Edmonton from touring Banff, Jasper, etc. overall the hotel was good and the breakfast was, as another reviewer wrote, simple but filling. Coffee was surprisingly drinkable! The maids were eager for us to leave (literally hovering outside the room as my husband loaded the car) despite checkout being more than an hour away. Fine, they want to get in/get out, we understand that. But when we'd been on the road for less than 2 hours, I realized in a panic that I'd left my rings on the counter the night before and in our haste to give them the room, I didn't grab them!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Called, told the manager than one of the rings, which I had received for my 10th wedding anniversary, was very valuable, and that I knew exactly where I had left them. He went in to the room with me on the phone and said they weren't there. I begged him to please, please check the room thoroughly and ask all the maids about them. I sent pictures and called again about an hour later and he said they'd gone through the garbage and checked everywhere and found nothing. I'm heartbroken. It's been 10 days since we checked out and no word from them. I'm kicking myself for letting their eagerness to clean the room get in the way of my usual practice of doing a thorough check before leaving. Wish we could just count on everyone to be honest and trustworthy. 😩

Friendly, helpful and gracious hosts! A modern, clean hotel situated just far enough from the "hustle bustle" of Hinton but still a short walk or drive from most amenities and backing onto a beautiful forest with dirt roads and trails to explore. Breakfast, pool and guest laundry made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nice hotel and even nicer staff!

I showed up quite late in the night . But they set me up immediately....very polite and helpful. Was able to get a nice bath and rest before continuing my travels... rooms are very clean and location is very easy to find.
