Ce que j'ai eu à mon arrivée était exactement ce que j'attendais. L'hôtel était propre et le confort était excellent.
Rapport qualité-prix, juste excellent

I was coming into Lethbridge regularly for work and thought this was an affordable safe place to stay. However, on about my 3rd visit as I was sitting on the bed a cockroach came from behind the headboard and joined me on the bed. I freaked out and killed it, calmed myself down and figured it was an anomaly so I got back into my show. A few minutes later another cockroach came out onto the bed looking for his friend! I freaked out and told the front desk I couldn’t stay. He said he’d have the manager phone me the next day, guess what…no call (and no refund b/c I booked thru a 3rd party). I put a complaint into the parent company, which they informed me these were ‘box bugs’ — like that would make things better. They are obviously familiar with these cockroach-looking bugs! They offered me 10% off my next stay. As if I would ever go back. Super disgusted and super disappointed. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend.

It was and always is a great stay. The breakfast was great. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The bathroom and bathtub was small. The bathtub I found had a lot of staining, maybe needs to be re-finished. Other than that the room was great. I would stay there again.

그리고 와플기계가 비치되어 있어서
푸짐한 아침식사로 즐거운 방문이 되었습니다
일정이 늦어져서 고민 없이 다시 컨택을 해서 하루 더 1박을 하고 왔는데 역시 좋은 선택으로 편안하고
깨끗하고 친절한 직원 분 의 배려에 감동과 감사함을 전합니다
눈이 많이 와서 양말과 신발이 젖었는데 여러 가지로 배려해 주고 도와줘서 양말과 신발도 잘 말리고
편안히 있다가 왔습니다
작지만 피트니스센터도 있고 무엇보다 침실의 대형 사진이 이곳에 역사를 알게 해주는 감동적인 사진이었습니다 조식은 무료로 더할나위 없이
완벽했습니다이 곳을 찾는다면 다시 오고 싶은 숙소입니다 감사합니다

This hotel is a hidden gem in Lethbridge. The staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The room are very clean and well stocked. ||Only thing I would recommend is to add soap and conditioner to room instead of just shampoo. ||Breakfast was adequate but some scrambled eggs or meat would be wonderful.||If coming to Lethbridge this is the place to stay, trust me you will not be dissaponted.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The room are very well cleaned and maintained. They allow pets for a reasonable pet fee and make your pet feel welcomed unlike most other hotels. ||The staff are the key to this hotels success, they are truly the most caring and thoughtful hotel staff we have ever encountered. When in Lethbridge please stay here just to meet the staff.

Don’t bother…. It looks good online, doesn’t meet general expectations in person. Very old and smells it…. Looks it and feels it , spend that little bit extra to be comfortable ||Beds are hard, pillows small. Bathtub made for child size person. Only steep stairs and regardless of checkout time, texts and knocking on the door starts at 8 am

I would not stay here again. The hotel was chosen because it was for only one night and was supposedly pet friendly. We booked on booking.com. At check in I was told that I would have to upgrade for a pet friendly room, which was an additional $25 over and above the pet fee, so and extra $55 to have our pet with us. The room was not an upgrade by any means and needed work. It was at the far end of the hotel, behind a staircase, with no outside light. The breakfast was very basic, no fruit but you could make a waffle.
