Le personnel est très courtois et attentifs au besoin des clients. Les lits étaient très confortables et le petit-déjeuner extra: œufs brouillés, saucisses, pain, bagels, muffins. Il y avait également des oranges, pommes et yogourt.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were experiencing issues with temperature so next time I would check before we travel. We went with our kid's hockey team and didn't encounter very many other guests. Staff were great! Very accommodating of our group.

The room was clean and warm, the tub very deep and relaxing. The ladies at front desk were great, one was in training but trying very hard. I had a cat and it was an easy check in. The only thing that was odd was how small the bath towels were. Anyone bigger than a woman’s size 4 would have a hard time fitting in them. They were big enough for me, so I’m not complaining personally. Internet was great. Overall, would recommend, especially with pets.

I got dinged $100.00 for a damaged duvet which they didn't tell me till I saw the receipt and had to go back in the hotel and see what the damage was, they showed me a picture with a tiny bit of blood (they said) at the edge of the duvet (hmm, I am still wondering how it could of got there). So, it's their word against mine. Do better by informing the customer before removing from the room, or leaving a message to contact front desk. It showed me to always take pictures of everything in the room from now on for proof. The young lady who worked the front desk was sweet and understanding, but that's about it.

Preface location, nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot. Nice pool and hot tub. Water slide was not one when we stayed but we had the pool to ourselves. ||I will be returning next time I visit.

Best mattresses!! I wanted to take one home. || Check in took forever. ||Breakfast was pretty good. ||Everything was pretty good. Not fancy, just a good economical place to stay. We were satisfied with our stay. ||

I have resolved to not write another review unless it was a good one, but my experience here forces me to break tradition.
So early Thursday morning (Aug. 11, 2022), around 6:41am I made a call to this location. I spoke with a lady at the front desk and advised her that I was coming from the Winnipeg location and would need a room for the night. To my surprise on Thursday evening when we arrived, we had NO reservation. I was very surprised because I went through the rigour of giving my address, full name and even credit card number to secure the room. The lady on duty, at the time we arrived, told us she would make the reservation for that night and we were placed in room 425. It was another debacle. We had a shower and the water would not drain from the tub. Just in case you're wondering, we did not wash our hair or do anything to clogged the drain, the water just would not receded. On Friday morning, we were to travel from Lloydminister all the way back to BC so you can imagine the importance of using the restroom before we drove out--guess what? One person used the toilet and the toilet would not flush. I bathe my children and the water problem in the tub was the same. Of course we called the front desk and the man on duty (overnight shift) told me "I will report your situation to the manager and when housekeeping comes they will deal with it." I immediately questioned what time housekeeping would arrive, especially since I wanted my children to use the restroom before we drove out. Guess what? Housekeeping arrives at 9am. We couldn't sit and wait for so long knowing we had to be driving all the way back to BC. My husband went to return the keys and told the lady (the shift had changed so a new person was on) all of what transpired. We were told that the manager works from home and that they will investigate. Guess what? They still charged our card, and no one, absolutely NO one reached out to offer even a line of apology. I really would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The beds were ok, minus the stains on the mattress protector and some of the bed sheets, that should be bleached. The rooms were spacious and bathroom was clean thebwater pressure was ok. The front desk lady was super nice though, good customer service!! The pool and hot tub were nice, hot tub was a bit to hot but it was good!!
