Love this hotel! Have never had issues or complaints. We always stay here when we are in town. The staff have always been so kind and accommodating to us, have never had an issue with them. The rooms are always clean when we get there. Shower always hot and working. The continental breaky is nice and also nice to have a pizza joint connected so we don't have to leave the premise to get grub.They even take cash deposit which is nice bc its very rare now adays since most places only take credit cards, not every one has credit cards so this is so accommodating. I totally understand the deposit is 400$ since we always get it back when they check if there is no damage. We sometimes leave early at 530am to catch an early flight and they were there to check our room & gave our deposit back without any hassle. Staff are always so nice & chipper & always helpful when we need anything like more supplies, tp or coffee or have any questions, etc. Seriously love this hotel! We have alot of good memories here & always had such good customer service. We don't smoke but we have family that do so it's so convenient they have a smoking room that accommodates my smoking fam who sometimes joins us. Again very rare to find now adays, really helps especially when they are elders and aren't very mobile, very awesome to have that option. Thanks again & will most likely be seeing y'all again next week!

I have been staying here for awhile. The staff are amazing. The rooms are clean and a real pleasant to stay. Everyone makes you feel welcome and warm.

First of all, I had to do 3 separate transactions. The first one was $400 for incidentals! It’s a dump! I was here two weeks ago and the lobby was under renovation, nothing has changed. Then I had to pay $98 separately for the room. I asked and paid for a smoking room only to find out it was dirty and I had to get non smoking which I just would have went somewhere else. I won’t be back

This place is a joke today management was yelling at a guest and causing a scene that every other guest came out of their rooms seeing what’s going on. If this is how you want to manage your business I want no part. Especially when you have to have your boyfriend assault the guest as he’s trying to leave property. Do better management.

They have bed bugs! Do not stay here! They didn't even give us a refund, and we had to inform the health department. Yes, they definitely have bed bugs no matter what they say cause we have the proof in this picture I posted, and they were itchy. Those bites are 100% from bed bugs.

Just a one night stay on very short notice. The hotel is a bit dated and in need of some updates but our room was adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the standard continental breakfast was fine though a bit short on some supplies.
The biggest issue was the extremely steep stairs to the second floor which was a quite narrow and far too steep for carrying luggage up to the second floor. Other than the stairs issue our stay was fine.

With the new change of Management they are making steady improvements. Nice location with the Skate park, Spitz Stadium and the Japanese gardens just across the road.

Horrible!! Very rude manager who tells customers to be quiet and shut up! Never raised our voice or got angry but when I questioned some charges I was told to shut up!
