La réception et le départ se sont fait de manière rapide et efficace. La chambre était propre et le lit était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un classique ( roties, gauffres, céréales, yogourt, jus, oeufs froids ). L'hotel est bien situé près de la route 1.

It was very easy booking a room online. The receptionists were cheerful and courteous. Our room and bathroom were shining clean, and attractive. They had been recently renovated. We slept soundly, quiet and comfy. The breakfast had an excellent menu, and the breakfast room was clean and pleasant. I hope we can come again!

Room: One pillow was dirty, fridge was not working, perhaps not plugged in.
Otherwise it was nice.

Service: staff were nice and helpful.
The morning breakfast was fresh and varied.

Location: was in the right spot at the right time. Easy enough to get to. Gas station right next door. (And a bar too)

If passing through again I'd consider staying once more.

We stayed at this hotel to be near to the Dinosaur Provincial Park and found a delightful, newly renovated hotel. The staff and owner was friendly and kind, the room was well-appointed and very comfortable. We happened to be in an "accessible" room which was well thought out for anyone needing lower outlets and light switches, walk-in bathtub, and may thoughtful additions. An attractive breakfast room with good breakfast. I would stay again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very clean, well maintained, and easily accessed off the highway. Exactly what you need.

The man at the check in counter is a shyster. He refused to accept our CAA discount card, he was suspicious when I told him every online rate beat his by almost ten percent, he falsely claimed we were getting a seniors discount (my travel partner was in fact not eligible - take that as you will) when we were offered an above market value rate price for the room. Should have gone outside and booked the room by phone, though after twenty hours of driving, you get a little blunt to confrontation.

The ladies at the counter were lovely the next morning.

We didn’t know what to expect as we had never stayed at a Surestay hotel before. We were pleasantly surprised. The room wasn’t fancy, but it was super clean and well set up. The bed was comfy, and there was a free hot breakfast. what else could you ask for? We had a great sleep.

Came to stay at SureStay Plus as we were coming in to Brooks for the first time for a friends wedding. We called earlier in the day letting the hotel know that we’ll be arriving earlier and inquired about early checkin. The (I presume) owner/manager organized this easily for us.

We were greeted by the same man upon arrival and check in was seamless. The room was as pictured—clean and perfect for our night stay. Personally, I really enjoyed the bathroom mirror, it had great lighting and different light modes—perfect for getting ready. The AC system inside the room was excellent as well.

Anything we needed was easily accessible through a quick call to the main desk (such as a toothbrush or iron with board).

In the morning, I observed the blinds were really good at blocking out the sun. The included breakfast was great too. Good options and the same man who checked us in was very attentive to ensure the food was regularly refilled. He was also wiping down tables for guest to have a clean table to eat. He was also very warm and welcoming in the morning to guests as well.

I would recommend this hotel :). No complaints.
