Full size buses parked on busy residential streets all weekend. Every weekend and overnight. Taking up the only spots in front of the building. Thought we were on the right track to fix this but only to be ghosted by the person who was looking into it. Ridiculous that a company allows this to continue. Will be calling parking authority every time from here on. Totally unacceptable

We rented a school bus for my son’s birthday. The experience when booking was great! All our questions were answered right away and the booking process was seamless. The experience when the bus arrived was even better! Our driver was amazing and fulfilled all our requests! Would recommend over and over!!

I am soooooo very happy with the service we got from Switzer carty .It was for my daughter's wedding this pass Saturday, let me tell you the bus was right on time at the hotel picking everybody up to take them to my daughter's wedding reception. the bus driver (Carol Pitter ) was absolutely professional and very patient and kind , All my friends and family were absolutely impressed with her service, bravo, bravo for all your hard work. I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone.

Worst transportation company ever. Government has to cancel there license on sheer negligence. My kid is in junior kindergarten she don't know where she has to go. Bus driver pick her up from missi
ssauga for ELM drive school and they have to pick more kids from cris hadfield and driver drop my kid to cris hadfield, it was the first day of her school and we were waiting for her to reach the reach school, we checked the bus but she was not in it. we asked driver and he said she was not in the bus. After one hour we found her. So scary😱😱😱

Our school has been Chartering bus trips with Switzer Carty for a number of years. Outstanding and prompt customer service. Stephanie is the definition of what customer service should be. Bus drivers are always friendly and accommodating.

The experience has improved. Hence the rating as well. But this is definitely a very responsibility task specially with small kids, so there is no room for negligence. I hope they don't do it again.
