Edit: The manager got in touch with me and has helped us understand the situation and is working with us to sort out things.

My child was on their school bus and the bus met with an accident, I have been trying to get in touch with Ms.Cosby ( development n training) who passed on her card to us at the site of d accident for any future help, unfortunately she passed me in to her manager who is not picking calls. Now Ms. Cosby isn't picking calls too.
After the accident the bus company did not call the parents since they dint have the numbers on file. The kids had to ask strangers for their phone to contact us. There has not been any communication or follow up by the bus company.

My daughter left her laptop on the bus. We received a note from Switzer-Carty saying that it had been found and we could pick it up from their Oakville location by 5.30 pm. Even though my wife called them twice to say that she was on her way to pick it up, they had left before 5.30. When she got there around 5.25 pm, there was no one at the office. Next morning, I went there. The admin staff seemed super helpful, which I didn't buy. I am terribly upset at these people. Horrible admin staff and office administration!

Incredibly rude driver. Does not seem to know how to talk politely to other human beings including studenrs and parents outside high school. I realize its hard to hire bus drivers, but please hire people that are personable. I'd give someone a break that was new to the country but this white guy needs a job not interacting with people. Terrible impression.
