When I decided to take a bucket list trip with my friends to Bora Bora, I spent a lot of time researching, reading reviews, watching You Tube videos, and even made a spreadsheet of pros/cons. I have always made my own travel arrangements and enjoy doing so. For me, planning is part of the fun. However, I realized that a vacation in a remote area like French Polynesia has a lot of variables, and I wanted everything to be amazing. Could I have done this on my own? Yes, but it would not have been as fabulous as having a person who is SO experienced and knowledgeable helping me to plan the best trip within my budgetary constraints. Carl is 100% that person!

Carl spent time with me to develop this vacation from my vision with great suggestions on excursions and how to realistically get the most out of our limited time in French Polynesia. Carl customizes every client's vacation package and our had so many special touches that he directly put into our package, such as private transfers, express screening through customs, and an incredible private tour. The vendors that he works with in the Islands were great, too! Carl has personally met with and vetted these wonderful people who were so welcoming to our group. Carl has also traveled extensively in French Polynesia, and has resort reviews on his You Tube channel. I spent a LOT of time watching his videos before the trip.

Carl also took the time to meet with my group and I by zoom several times to discuss the trip and answer questions. He was always available via email or appointment and his staff also reached out to me to send menus and information. He also sent me a card when I returned to welcome me home and spent time debriefing with me on all aspects of the trip.

This trip truly exceeded my expectations. Bora Bora was absolutely amazing! I fully recommend Carl for anyone of any budget/party size who is planning a vacation to French Polynesia. I am already dreaming of a return trip to Moorea next time to experience something a bit different.

My wife and I have had Tahiti on our list for years, but honestly were never in a position to travel that far. Then the opportunity came, and we searched near and far for the right travel agent to work with. And then voila, there he was, the right person with the experience, knowledge, patience, and understanding to make it all happen. Not every travel agent is this thoughtful and personally attached to your trip. But Carl is. He truly cares about your budget and itinerary. I’d recommend Carl Henderson to build your a luxurious unforgettable French Polynesian island tour. He was amazing! I was so impressed by his dedication. His service was out of this world. Carl and I worked for about 1 year to make my client’s 40th bday come true in Bora Bora. He worked tirelessly over the Easter weekend when my clients had emergency flight delay and assisted them with booking last min transfer and overnight hotel. Thank you Carl.
