Why have an ATM if you're going to lock it up outside of normal operating hours? As it stands, I need to take time off work just to deposit some money. Every other bank in the city has publicly accessible ATMs. Get with the times.

As a banker back home in Nigeria, I was trained that all banks sell similar product and services and the only thing that gives me an edge above others as a banker is my readiness and willingness to go an extra mile to satisfy my customers.

Silvia at Elm street branch is a great customer service ambassador.

I walked into the branch like 30mins to COB to pay my office visa bills, one of the cards has a l/s status, Silvia had the option to credit the lost card no and made me call visa for reversal, I told her I don't want to pay the interest charges too.
At this point she got Visa helpdesk no, had the long call wait and she was able to get the new card no for me.

Her service delivery and customer satisfaction is what banking is all about and now she just won another customer for TD and a freelance marketer...Thank you SILVIA!

Great bank, with good services offered. Usually no lineups. They offer quite a few services and good financial advice. Located downtown Sudbury. Nice central locatiin to get all your financial needs met.

This bank is busy because lot of people like to use. It is great location parking and convenient for many people and businesses. Customer service is great but I do not know they are not open yet after COVID 19 closer. Hoping for their opening day soon.

I always get great service here, the tellers are nice and TD bank overall is a good bank. The only thing that I think this place needs to improve is there parking lot. it becomes unmanageable during busy hours.

The ATM is never open when they say it will be and its usually in the early morning or the weekend when most people need to use it. There's also one or two tellers that could use an attitude adjustment but, all in all, its decent. At least it's close.
