Here is a long boardwalk by the lake, where people and children were biking, playing or walking their dogs and more. The vibe was friendly and peaceful, and the scenery was more beautiful than that of the larger lakes we have visited before.

There are also a few pavilions on the boardwalk for visitors to enjoy the view and take pictures. We saw some ducks swimming on the lake, with a few catching fish or resting, as well as some pelicans, although they were too far away for us to see clearly.

Someone mentioned that it was a bit sad for the baby ducks because they might not be strong enough to fly to a farther place to avoid the coming winter.

However, life is full of hope and choices, and they are living in the moment.

This boardwalk is great for bird watching and spending a quiet moment in nature. The paved loop that goes beyond the boardwalk goes around the lake for a longer stroll.

It is a good place for walking and running and the trail is good. There is a boardwalk near the starting area and asphalt. You can see a lot of birds in the area. I saw pelican in the lake.

I might have to go every weekend now. They have boat rentals, a market, and fishing.

Don't go here if you can't stand planes. They are directly overhead every 5 mins, but the beauty takes over the view of the planes.

This is an awesome outdoor space in Leduc. You can walk around the lake which takes an hour. There are a few benches and tables for sitting. The lawn is well kept, you can bring your lunch and have a picnic. There were people walking their dogs and some riding bikes. There were many people just looking at the water birds and ducks on the lake.

Amazing walk on a boardwalk over the water of Telford Lake. It’s peaceful and some wonderful views of the lake. I definitely recommend this place for a leisurely walk. If you’re up for it the boardwalk is part of a trail that circles the entire lake. It’s part of a multi use trail system. Well worth the time to come here and enjoy the ambiance and beautiful scenery.
August 16, 2021 returned once again to enjoy this awesome boardwalk. Our experience here was great. We enjoyed the wide boardwalk and ease of access. Beautiful day to enjoy Telford lake and all of the ducks and birds 🐦
