The Telus World of Science in Edmonton is an absolute win for families, especially with my 3.5-year-old who loves exploring everything. The interactive exhibits are fantastic—not just for kids but for adults, too (some of those puzzles are surprisingly challenging!). The space exhibit, complete with a piece of the moon, is always a hit, and the body exhibit is such a cool way to learn about health and how the body works.

The play areas are amazing, giving kids plenty of room to burn off energy on both the main and second floors. I could spend ages watching the mesmerizing “ball thing” from my childhood—it never gets old! The IMAX movies are a must-see, with plenty of room in the last two rows, making the experience comfortable and immersive.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the center is impressively clean. I also love that there are spaces to eat if you pack a lunch—super convenient for families. Plus, the 10% discount for annual members is a nice bonus. All in all, it’s an incredible spot for both family outings and a fun, educational date night. Highly recommend—this place is a gem!

We have family visiting from Slovenia, and they wanted to see the Dinosaur Pavilion. We all loved it. We also went to see Aurora: Lights of Wonder. It was a beautiful show, but it would be better if they had all shows in different languages. To have earphones, maybe plugged into the seat, so they could understand what was said in their language. This should be a factor. Especially for all visitors who can’t speak or understand English. It was so cold in the theater, we were all freezing. We didn’t see everything, as the place closed at 5. Maybe stay open till 7.

It was amazing . It was worth it. Every member of the staff of Telus of science is resourceful, friendly, knowledgeable , gives you everY single detail and helps you to make choice according to the requirements. Take as much time you want to know more about this place.
We liked every single detail of this. Good for sharpening your kids. Activities , knowledge, history, bio Astro science education, every type of education under one roof, 3D movies of dinosaurs, it’s better to lay down on bean bags to watch 3D movies, it’s more effective , aurora lights, exhibitions were amazing. Lift for reduced mobility people.. excellent for everyone.well can’t do anything for people who find it boring. It’s up to them. . Well I would love to go there again.

The Dinosaur exhibit at the Telus World of Science in Edmonton was a fantastic outing! The collection of dinosaur models and fossils was impressive and made for a visually engaging experience. It was wonderful to see my son so excited as he explored the exhibit and learned about these prehistoric creatures. The display of fossils and the informative signage provided great insights into the world of dinosaurs. While the exhibit was fairly straightforward, it offered a solid educational experience and sparked a lot of enthusiasm.

The highlight of the visit was definitely the IMAX movie about the T. rex. The film provided an immersive and thrilling look at this iconic dinosaur, showcasing its life and environment in stunning detail. It was a great complement to the exhibit, bringing the T. rex to life on the big screen and adding an extra layer of excitement to the visit. Highly recommend checking out both the exhibit and the IMAX movie for a fun and enriching experience!

Great place to spend time with your kids. You’ll get resourceful knowledge about science. There are things not only to see but activities to do which is the fun part like grip testing, how high can you jump, puzzle solving, virtual games to play, rock climbing etc. but not for everyone if you ain’t interested in science then this place is not for you. They also have IMAX theatre.

Excellent place to bring kids. They had a temporary dinosaur exhibit (mid August, not sure when it ends) with animatronic dinosaurs that move and roar - quite the sight for my toddler! On the upper floor there is an awesome play room for young kids, great place to tire out your little one. Lots of stuff for all ages, some really interesting exhibits.
