Perfect fit for our ladies evening!! Safe, fast and reliable- we were able to enjoy our night knowing he would make sure we got back to our hotel after being out. On top of that he was funny and genuinely pleasant to be around!

I found the taxi drive to be very anxiety inducing. Why? The driver was not paying attention to the road. He was talking, and literally turning around to face me in the back while doing so. So for the 10 minute ride, he was non-stop talking, and very distracted.
I felt unsafe.
It was an older guy. He said his wife was the dispatcher.

Worst service ever, and my only bad cab experience happened thru Terry's today. I'd called around noon for a cab to go pick up my daughter up at school, and I'd mentioned needing to stop at the dollar store on the ride home. The cab was close to making it on time, the issue is that the driver seemed confused that I'd needed to stop at the dollar store, and mentioned it to the dispatcher (same one I called prior), to which she gave attitude and had said something along the lines of "well, he better be quick". I complained to the driver that they had advanced knowledge and then he proceeded to argue with me for the trip about how they're backed up, like it excuses such poor attitude. I ended up getting dropped off at the school, as I didn't want to deal with such a poorly conducted company; would rate lower, but it's not an option; next time going with Taxi Guy

Terry showed up to pick us up and then left us STRANDED in the cold because we didn’t have enough trips for his liking after making us wait for over an hour. After we pre booked 4 days in advance. When we called to ask where he went he yelled at 6 - 20 year old women. Would never recommend to anyone, you’re better off walking.
