They Completed my Vietnam visa quickly.
I made the mistake of trying to apply for my visa when my passport was going to expire within 5 months of my trip. They warned me the visa would most likely get declined and to renew my passport. They also warned me to complete it ASAP since Chinese New year was moving up and the process may take longer. Very informative

Calling to inquire on a reservation. An agent named Hoa was incredibly rude through out . I voiced my feedback and she hung up the phone . i called back and was told by another agent ( Mai ) the first agent is a part owner of the company .The new agent also said this is the new ownership . The old ownership used to be very good and friendly . I , in fact, had purchased many times from them over the years and this time i was shocked by the way the agents handled the matter . Overall, it was a very bad customer service especially it is from one of the owners ! Dont they realize they are in customer service oriented business and operate accordingly . i will never go back to them again. I will take my business somewhere else.
