I recently had a stay here for two months. I am sad to say that it was time for me to leave. All the staff were super friendly, and helpful. They kept my room spotless. Lots of nearby restaurants if you do not feel like cooking. Very well prized for an extended stay.
I will miss my time there.

This is a great place to stop to get restful sleep.
People are quiet. Rooms are clean with absolutely no problems. The staff is attentive and everyone is respectful to one another.
This place had a lot of false reviews that do not show the warmth and hospitality of this place.

I've stayed at the Bel Air numerous occasions. The rooms have always been clean and if something needed tending to before the next cleaning as soon as the staff became aware of the situation they were on it.
This last time ( yesterday) we were given an exceptionally nice room with a kitchenette however, no sink. The renovated bathroom with jacuzzi tub made up for it though.
The folks that work there take pride in thier motel as well as the room attendant's do an exceptionally great job.

This motel is absolutely TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

From start to finish, my experience was an absolute nightmare. When I first arrived, I was horrified to find multiple cockroaches crawling around the room. Yes, cockroaches – I even have video proof. That alone was disgusting enough to make me regret staying, but things only got worse from there. The TV, which worked briefly when I turned it on, suddenly switched to a blue screen and stopped working completely. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked.

The real nightmare began when I accidentally locked myself out of the room. I saw a sign at the front desk with two phone numbers to call for help. I called the first number, but no one picked up. I tried the second number and was told to text. So, I texted the situation, hoping they would come to help. Instead, I was told they wouldn’t unlock the door! Let me emphasize that I PAID FOR THIS ROOM and was simply trying to get back inside to retrieve my belongings, but the owner refused to help.

After pleading and explaining that I was locked out, the owner blocked my number, and I was left outside, freezing, with all my things still locked inside – including my coat, sweaters, and, most importantly, my asthma inhaler. I waited, hoping the situation would be resolved, but as the cold set in and my asthma flared up, I realized I was in real trouble. I texted again, urgently explaining that I needed my inhaler. Her response? She told me to "go to the hospital to get help. I will open the door at 8 am."

I was absolutely shocked. Instead of showing any concern for my health or even the basic decency of unlocking the room so I could retrieve my life-saving medication, she suggested I leave the property and go to the hospital! I had to wander around an unfamiliar area, freezing and struggling to breathe, with no access to my inhaler and no help from the staff.

This was the most appalling, careless treatment I’ve ever experienced. The room was filthy, crawling with bugs, the TV didn’t work, and the owner was beyond rude, showing no regard for my health or safety.

To anyone reading this, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is nonexistent, the conditions are disgusting, and the owner clearly doesn’t care about the people staying there. This is not just bad service – it’s outright negligence. You’ll regret it if you stay here. Stay far, far away from this motel.

Staff was awesome! Still is awesome. Very accommodating, very friendly and goes out of the way to ensure that their customers get what they need. And yeah very kind and couldn't ask for a better little place. Prices are very reasonable and evening staff and day staff are both terrific

This place is the worst got locked out and she wouldn’t even let my friend grab her belongings it’s infested with cockroaches not even that my friend needed his inhaler and you refused to get it for him. You told him to go to the hospital when the inhaler was two seconds in the room.

I stayed at this location two/three years ago. When I checked in last night I was surprised to see it was under néw management, but impressed by how much cleaner the rooms are. Would definitely check into this motel again.
