Exceptional stay with my family! We booked the “Annie Package” for a two night stay and enjoyed a few plays (all walking distance on a beautiful fall day) and the wonderful hotel amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The kids loved the ‘cookie hotline’ (an array of warm cookies delivered at all hours of the day), pool spa and games onsite, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms, fine dining (served family style - the pastry chef work is absolutely delicious), well equipped gym and even managed to get through the newspaper each morning over coffee (and hot chocolate for the little ones). The staff was extremely friendly, the grounds were beautiful (we even managed to work in a chess match on their outdoor board) - we had such a fun and relaxing time. What a gem!!!

We went on the Farm Experience offered by The Bruce. What a delightful way to spend 4- 5 hours. Nick was exceptional as host and from the moment you arrive at The Bruce, you are treated like royalty. We visited 3 local farms, walked the farms and visited with the farmers. It was a magical, educational, and inspiring experience. During the transport from one location to the other, Nick fed us delicious snacks from The Bruce kitchen, inspired by the farm we visited. We ended our time back at The Bruce where hand washing towels were waiting on silver trays followed by a flute of local sparkling rosé. This place knows how to do it right. Class with a capital C. Thank you to everyone at The Bruce for a truly memorable experience.
If you are going to Stratford when they are offering their tours (once a month) don't hesitate to book. It is well worth it.
The hotel itself is gorgeous and obviously well thought out. No detail is spared in creating a luxury experience and they make you feel like you are their favourite guest and (we didn't stay there). Hopefully next time we will not just take the tour but also spend a few days at the hotel.

Excellent facility and staff! The room was large and well equipped , it was very clean. The food in the restaurant was really good. The location couldn’t be better if you are attending a play at the Festival Theatre. You have free parking at the hotel and a 5 minute pleasant walk to the theatre. Don’t skip time along the river walk before or after. Definitely a 5 star hotel!

I think this is the nicest hotel stay I have ever stayed in. Beautiful big rooms, amenities upon amenities, and the bathrooms! Massive walk/in shower with two shower heads, separate tub with scented and unscented bath salts, separate makeup vanity, and more. Treats in the room. Excellent service. Fantastic a la carte breakfast included!

Our recent stay at The Bruce was fabulous! The rooms are large & the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is well stocked & has two sinks which we so appreciate.
The included breakfast is good & lovely to eat on the beautiful patio. Most importantly the staff at The Bruce are always welcoming, helpful, kind & thoughtful! That says a lot to us & is why when we visit Stratford we always stay here! We will return soon!

If you've ever stayed at really high end and exclusive properties, then you'll enjoy The Bruce. The rooms are massive (we had the Petite Suite that was not petite, by any means), the service and attention to detail is impressive. they went above and beyond to make you feel special during your stay. The amenities that are included are impressive (courtesy car, coffee service, 24-hr cookie hotline, etc, etc! The restaurant is very good and is close to some Michelin star restaurants we've been.||We can't wait to stay here again while in Stratford.
