Cet hôtel est neuf et sent littéralement le neuf. Il n’y a vraiment rien à redire. C’est propre, décoré avec soin et la localisation est centrale. Le mini bar de la chambre avec des produits plus ou moins atypique est une bonne idée pour appuyer le concept boutique de l’hôtel.||Pour soulever un point « négatif », le stationnement payant de l’hôtel est peut-être légèrement trop chers.||Je recommande sans hésiter cette adresse.

We had a wonderful stay at The Dorian! Valet was super helpful, check-in warm and welcoming, and we were upgraded to a beautiful city-view room stocked with Aesop products, snacks, and drinks. Our sleep was amazing, the shower was incredible, and the bed very comfortable.

Room service went above and beyond—accepting a late order and even offering complimentary breakfast to resolve a steak issue. We slept in and skipped breakfast on checkout day, but the exchange point credit given instead was perfect.

Overall: chic boutique charm, excellent service, and a fun, stylish vibe. Perfect for a weekend getaway or quick stop on your travels!

Beautifully decorated hotel with a cohesive Oscar Wilde/steampunk theme throughout. Our 2 room suite was amazing. I loved all the design touches. Bedding was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious with tub and separate shower. Lots of storage with robes and slippers provided. One of my pet peeves with hotels, even high end ones, is that they supply plenty of tea and coffee supplies but provide only 2 thin paper cups, useless for more than one use. Not so, the Dorian. Lovely porcelain coffee cups as well as proper tea cups and saucers with spoons. It's these small extra touches that go a long way for me wanting to stay here again. Coffee shop, restaurant and bar were all excellent. Definitely will be back.

I stayed at this hotel last Sunday. The hotel itself was very nice, and the room was clean and tidy. However, apart from late check-out, I did not receive any of my Platinum benefits.
When I inquired at the front desk about the welcome gift, the staff member simply replied, “Only points.” However, according to Marriott’s Terms & Conditions, I should be able to choose between an F&B credit and welcome points, and for properties without a club lounge, guests should receive either points or complimentary breakfast in lieu of lounge access.
In my case, I only received the 1,000-point welcome bonus and did not receive any points or complimentary breakfast for the missing lounge benefit. I also did not receive a room upgrade (which I understand may not be possible at a busy property), nor was I offered the choice between welcome points and F&B service.
Furthermore, when I requested room slippers, the front desk told me they would be delivered to my room, but even after several hours, they never arrived. I had to follow up with a second staff member before I finally received them.
While I expected the service of a luxurious hotel, the staff’s attentiveness and communication unfortunately did not meet that standard, which left me disappointed.

We went to an dinning event held here. We didn't stay overnight. Ut the event was very well done. Staff were super friendly. The room the event was held in was very nice and well prepared. The hotel is right downtown so very close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. The main floor lounge is very nice and relaxing.

We stayed here for two weeks and had such a terrific experience. Consistently great service across the board. This is a boutique hotel with an Oscar Wilde theme based on his books and the decor is wonderful. Absolutely creative, beautiful and luxury without being pretentious. Visit the breathtaking 27th floor restaurant and also Le Petite Chef is a unique experience! A stylish coffee and bakery right off the lobby. Valet service was especially accommodating. Thank you to the entire staff for a great stay !!

The hotel is beautiful and such a good vibe. The room matched the esthetic, was very clean, and felt so luxurious. Staff is great too. There is a very cute and convenient cafe on the main floor. Lots of good food within walking distance of the hotel.

Disappointing Experience – Far Below Marriott Standards

I usually never complain, but I’ll make an exception for The Dorian, Autograph Collection by Marriott.

I get that people would fairly rate this hotel very well—it’s beautifully decorated and stylish, and I’m sure my experience doesn’t reflect that of every guest. In my opinion, the issue I faced could have been resolved easily, but maybe I just had the wrong staff at the lobby this time. So, just be cautious.

I arrived early and politely asked for the room I had reserved: a King bed with a city view. I was even willing to wait until the official check-in time, so there was no excuse for not honoring the request. However, the room I received had no city view—just a view of the side of another building. When I followed up with the front desk, they claimed that no King room with a city view would be better than what I had. I seriously doubt that was true.

Second, be cautious with the “breakfast included” option when booking. Breakfast for one person costs over $40, yet all you actually receive is a $25 credit on the menu. Since the restaurant is inside the hotel and serves only hotel guests, this feels misleading at best—if not an outright scam.

Overall, this experience was well below the quality I expect from a Marriott hotel.

But to be fair, the room itself was nice—view aside.
