I've never been in such a horrible hotel room. It was so bad that we didn't even stay the night and drove 2 hours back to our home. (and I've never walked out of a hotel before!). We entered the room and it smelled, the broadloom was quite old and stained and obviously had experienced a lot of moisture because it was rippled in areas and pulled away from the floor. The bed was old and sagging and the sheets/bedding weren't tucked in or made properly....they were rumpled and looked like they had just been slept in with a quick fix of bedding at the last minute. The curtains were ripped and the hem had lost it's sewing and was drooping onto the floor on one side. The window frames were old and the paint was severely peeling away and very dirty. The room they sent us to was in a very dark area in the back of the property. It all felt very dirty and sketchy.|The room was non-refundable so we lost the night we paid for. I do NOT recommend this hotel in any way.

Just got back from Stratford and stayed for two nights at this hotel. Upon arriving they asked me to fill out a checklist which included me having to indicate whether I wanted my room cleaned daily which I checked off yes. On our second day we can back to our room and it was not cleaned, it was late afternoon. I called the front desk and they said they forgot but would send someone right away. I waited an hour then called nobody picked up the phone. I then went to the front desk and they said they were sorry there was confusion and they had a bus tour come in and they forgot to clean our room. I told her I had called and they said they would send someone to clean our room an hour ago. She said the best she could do was assign us to a new room or give us clean towels. By then we were all unpacked and it would have been a hassle to move our stuff to another room as we were on our way out to see another play. She said that was all she could do. I couldnt believe it. There were also, plastic cups in the room. The halls smelled musty and on the key they give you it says to lock all your valuables and use the deadbold. Seemed all very sketchy and unsafe to me. I have never seen anything like it. The hotel offers a very reasonable price for their rooms, the beds are comfortable but they have to pay attention to so many details they overlooked. I felt because I was not part of a tour bus, our business did not matter. I wont return there. In the end you get what you pay for. No quality here, its a fail.

Paid $390 for two nights through Expedia. Looked great on the website. The beautiful web photos are not a current representation of the dilapidated state of the exterior, but rather of the premises in the good old days. It is not truly representational of how it is at present. This place needs a good scour, and some of the bed linen binned. The beds were comfy, I will give it that, but the linen, it’s either not getting changed or…. I won’t embarrass them further by posting an image of a stain on the comforter. I only noticed it this morning when I pulled the top sheet back. .. The windows need cleaning. We’ve stayed here many moons ago when it was a beautiful establishment, but we will never return. 250 kilometres drive for this. I am not happy.

Don't waste your time or money on this motel . Until they fully renovate and update the dirty and run down property, find somewhere else to stay. Don't let the Quality Inn part fool you. Staff is ok and pleasant but not the rooms . They could at least clean it up.

This hotel has seen better days. It could use some major renovations and upkeep. Until it is fixed up, there are better options available in Stratford. Sure, the parking is free but you have to watch out for serious potholes!||Some observations: the hallways are dark, the carpets are very worn, the room smelled musty, the bed was old and lumpy, even the free shampoo bottle was empty. The chain-lock on the door was broken, and the deadbolt was missing. A sign on the door suggested that you not open it for anyone you don't know. Sounds sketchy!||The hotel is on the main road leading into town, but is not close to the theatres or downtown area. You have to drive. Maybe the price is relatively inexpensive compared to other options in Stratford, but you get what you pay for.
