De tous nos voyages cet hôtel restera la plus mauvaise expérience !|Je n'ai jamais vu un accueil aussi déplorable, clairement lorsqu'on passe la porte on les dérange, il ne faut poser aucune question, la fille débite son monologue à toute vitesse sans même nous regarder, quant au type qui a fait notre check out c'était encore pire, il est arrivé de derrière les 2 mains dans les poches, sans nous adresser le moindre mot !! je n'ai jamais vu ça, c'est inadmissible, il faut changer de métier urgemment !|La cerise sur le gâteau est le "petit déjeuner", alors là aussi c'est du jamais vu, un minuscule sac en papier posé sur le comptoir contenant une barre céréales, un yaourt et un jus de fruits. Comme si on était encore à l'ère du covid... c'est honteux de donner ça quand on propose le petit déjeuner inclus..|La suite était grande, seul point positif, mais pas propre, traces de gras sur la table basse, draps avec d'anciennes tâches... bref à fuir, nous sommes repassées à Kamloops la semaine suivante et avions initialement prévu de redormir là, autant dire qu'on s'est dépêchés d'annuler cette 2nde nuit pour aller ailleurs, 1 fois est déjà de trop !

Super hôtel pour cette ville de passage. Tout est neuf et très propre. Le réceptionniste super sympathique. Petit déjeuner servi dans un sac à apporter à cause de la Covid... Lit très confortable, nous avons bien apprécié notre nuit.

En général, un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Mon troisième séjour à cet hôtel. J'y reviendrai assurément.

We were travelling with some large and awkward cargo strapped in the bed of our truck. We checked into The Hue and realized we couldn't get our cargo through the front door on a luggage cart. Aman at the front desk graciously agreed to let us store the item in their laundry room behind the front desk overnight, rather than us having to maneuver in and out of the elevator and to our room. She was so gracious and kind.

The entire hotel was immaculate, the rooms pristine, with white linens and towels.

Complimentary coffee at the front desk was strong and tasty, served alongside a liter of half and half on ice.

We will definitely stay again, should the opportunity arise.

The property appears to be new, however they're still sorting things out. There's iron to go with the ironing board. No bedside lamps. No ice bucket. No hair dryer

Usually choice Hotels always have some form of continental or other breakfast. They only had regular coffee, not even decaf and no juice

On the plus side, the rooms are clean. The building and furnishings are new. That is comfortable. However, the towels and washcloths belong in a motel. 6

Service was friendly and quick. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is great being next to shopping centers and a variety of restaurants. However noise levels were pretty bad, coming from someone who has lived attached to house units with obnoxiously loud tenants. Guests slamming doors and stomping in the hallways or other rooms could be heard and felt from even on top of the bed. Ive had noise issues at other hotels but this one felt like there was far more vibration and noise reverberating through the frame of the building more than past experiences.

This is a very basic hotel. Do not expect any extras. There is no coffee in the room, but it can be picked up at the front counter tomorrow morning. I can't wait to see what exactly that means. The bathroom is claustrophobic. TV is too small and too far away. Basic cable. No frills. Parking sucks. Lighting is weird. No bedside lamps. It's either super bright or too dark. It's disappointing at best.

It was okay. Price per night is good but the damage deposit took days to receive back after only one night even though they said it was approved to be returned. Positives are the location and the bed. Also handicap access is great. Someone suggested to pay with cash but they said they couldn't return the damage deposit on check out.
Breakfast is available across the street at the Triple o.
