Très belle chambre , confortable. Seulement il y avait un mariage au sous-sol et on entendait la musique à travers le système de ventilation . ||Ce n’est qu’un détail , j’ai bien dormi. |Très belle salle de bain . La musique n’a pas été très longtemps. |On a mangé au bar j’ai pris un hamburgers wyagu avec des frites c’était très bon . |Une seule autre chose il n’y a pas de rampe pour les personnes handicapées.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was a walk in, which was very appreciated with my minor disability and bath toiletries were more high end than previous hotels and smelled amazing.
Although we did not get a chance this time to use the pool and gym we look forward in doing so our next visit as they looked awesome.

We had a great stay at the hotel, and received excellent service from the staff. One of the best hotel stays anywhere, with the friendly, helpful staff making it a real pleasure. ||Clint on Reception and colleagues Mandeep and Edge in the restaurant got our day off to a great start, with their helpful attitude and good sense of humour.||The hotel was clean and well-run. Car parking was easy. Sarnia downtown is quiet and relaxing with the waterfront providing opportunities to walk or sit and observe life. Walking up to the beach and having some time there was also a good way to spend a day. In the vicinity is the walk around some interesting old houses, and restaurants are readily accessible from the hotel, or stay and sample the great fare in the hotel restaurant. ||Well done to everyone at the hotel for doing an excellent job.

This hotel is incredibly beautiful. Very accessible to downtown, very peaceful and relaxing at the same time. Everything is walking distance. This place is also very clean with amazing amenities. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, the gym, and dining. Lastly, the staff here have a top tier customer service. Very accommodating and friendly. Shout out to Clint from Front desk, very professional who helped us in our stay here. We will be back for sure.

|A really good hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Had no issues at all with the quality of service, cleanliness or maintenance. The location is good, near to many restaurants, bars and the waterfront. I arrived in Sarnia about two hours before the 4pm check-in and was only intending to leave my suitcase there. However as the room was ready I checked in there and then. Breakfast was in the hotel's own restaurant and very good Indeed. |

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Insignia Hotel! From the aesthetically pleasing environment to the thoughtful details like L’Occitane toiletries, a tea kettle, an espresso machine, and even a wine decanter with glasses, they’ve covered all the luxuries to make a stay special. Cleanliness being on point is always a huge plus too! We would recommend it for both leisure and business stays.

The hotel was very clean, beautiful inside and my room was very well decorated with modern amenities. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were plush. Restaurant was on the higher side but breakfast was delicious. I Would go back for sure to stay there. Front desk staff was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions
