I used to live in Kitimat. I went for a quick visit to see friends and family. I was a little hesitant about this place because back in my time it was the Northstar. I have to say it's nothing like it used to be. Now it's nice and clean and the beds are comfy. Worth what I paid for, would stay there again.

Booked and paid on Expedia check in said 2pm showed up at 330 all doors locked no one there tried to call no answer terrible service for a hotel. Spent an hour trying to get a refund from Expedia
