This was my husband’s 2nd time staying at The Laundry Rooms in Waterloo and my first. What a welcome stay it was. 1 bedroom/1bathroom, nice kitchen layout, living and dining area.. AND to our surprise... a balcony. not just a small one but one that wrapped around one and 1/2 sides of the apartment. Great for enjoying the cool weather and taking fabulous sunset photos (and as a bonus, we could see the apartments that our son lives in from our balcony). ||The Kitchen was well used.. breakfasts, some snacks and 2 dinners cooked by us for our son and his girlfriend. Nice fridge to be able to keep the groceries and we learned to use the small dishwasher AND Keurig coffee machine. ||The bed and bedroom where just the right size, closet space plentiful and the bathroom was a good size and being able to do a load of laundry was a plus. ||We enjoyed the pool twice.. and the Laundry Rooms location couldn't have been better for walking to the various trails in the area in the mornings, using the ION Light Rail Transit to visit points along the line (going to Fairway and Conestoga/St. Jacobs) and being able to walk along King Street in Waterloo for dinners and a little needed shopping. (and really close to Vincenzo’s Market.. that was a plus)||Having stayed 3 times at a hotel in Waterloo on previous visits, The Laundry Rooms - Waterloo will definately be were we will book our stay on our next visit to the area.

The suite was beautiful, trendy but practical with lots of space. Suite was spotless and even parking garage was very clean. Service from hosts was also great. They ensured everything from access to parking was seamless. The location was perfect too. Right down from Erbs Grist Mill n park n right beside some trendy, nice stores n cafes. The area of Waterloo also appeared very clean n safe, compared to most cities that size, I was pleasantly shocked. I would highly recommend staying at this Waterloo The Laundry Rooms location n would return for sure.

First time using a fully automated Aparthotel, once we figured out the nuances and downloaded the app to access the parking, lobby and room, things went perfectly. The room was spotless and much larger than a hotel room. It is actually a single bedroom condo unit in a very new condo tower, re-purposed into a very modern hotel room with a sweeping 17th storey view of downtown Waterloo and Silver Lake beside the Perimeter Institute. Our only comment it that the windows could use a good cleaning to maximize the view as it seems there is still some construction evidence on the glass, but that is just a minor concern as the balcony itself is huge. All in all much better than any comparable hotel in the heart of a city.

Great apartment/hotel in a great location. It’s a bit hands off but we got into the apartment it all seemed so easy. I little bit of figuring out where to go but the website and texts from management helped with images and videos to guide. |The room was great with a full kitchen and dishes pots pans and even dishwasher. |Modern and clean with a great view. We didn’t use the pool but the patio and area are nice, clean and sunny. |The area around is full of bars pubs restaurants and nightlife. Some shopping too. Tons of options to eat - and a grocery store across the street if you want to stay in. |Overall a great experience. Management was quick to respond to any text questions I had - and the building was very quiet.

Good location in Waterloo. It’s basically a super convenient Airbnb without physical contact. We had a spacey two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and laundry in the apartment. Parking was in the building and safe. I had to get used to the key on the phone app and would have preferred a card key but I can understand it’s easier to manage guests without a person at the lobby. All in all a good experience and we very much enjoyed staying the three nights we were there.

Pristine, well appointed apartment in the heart of Waterloo. Amazing view, modern, with all the amenities. The host was very friendly and accessible for quick questions. Highly recommend. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great access to street cars/buses for those looking to use public transport. Quiet and impeccable apartment and building.

Laundry Rooms Waterloo is the perfect place to stay in beautiful downtown Waterloo. the location is walking distance to restaurants, parks and other attractions and amenities. Very lovely one bedroom suite. clean, fun modern comfortable design, quiet, yummy fresh shower products, excellent evening and morning views, large windows.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, beautiful decor, good appliances, nice beds. Bathrooms were very nice. Very close to downtown. Walking distance. Excellent service at arrival and throughout our stay. I really recommend it.
